At the village green, turn left if coming from Machynlleth, right if coming from Aberystwyth, follow the road up the right hand side of the Black Lion, continue past some new houses on your left. The road then goes sharp right in front of a pair of Victorian semi-detached houses. Do not take this road, but instead, follow the lane which goes straight on up the left hand side of these houses between the houses and the post box. Llysmeirion is the fourth house on the left.
