Read

When arriving into Monkton the Foxhunter Park sits back with a subtle frontage. As you get into the park you are taken by how clean and beautifully maintained the grounds are. The Reception staff are friendly & helpful. We had a fabulous caravan in Central Park, with a gated verandah which was perfect as we have 2 spaniels with us, allowing the door to be open with the dogs secure. The caravan was clean and extremely well maintained.  Beds are comfortable and rooms adequate size. The site has an entertainment area & bar which is compact but well organised. Pool is beautiful although we did not use it personally. Huge football pitch and field to walk dogs, although we took ours out daily for different adventures. Internet is available for free although it tends to drop out intermittently. A lovely restaurant (The Olive Tree) a short walk from site,  deliveries are allowed on site. We used Just Eat for all our deliveries and so far we've had excellent service. I would definitely recommend this site and I intend on returning in the near future.

Small but mighty Holiday Park beautiful location

Just returned from a very short stay at the Foxhunters which we booked at the last minute. Friendly staff, caravan very clean and near to everything in the park.
Lovely pool area.Entertainment was good the singer was great on the Saturday evening ! 
Great location for days out in Broadstairs and Ramsgate and so many other places we would have loved to visited.

We stayed for a week and the caravan we stayed in was very clean. 
We were very lucky as we had some nice days where the sun was shining so we could enjoy the outside pool and the play park. But when it rained there was not a lot of indoor activities. One day they had arts and crafts which was ok, but they do have the space to do extra. 
Overall great site and the staff were  amazing. Maybe a suggestion that possibly more indoor activities could be put on for kids if the weather isn’t great.

The caravan we stayed in (OR46) was spotlessly clean. The bedding was fresh and well laundered, very comfy. 
All the staff were so polite, friendly and professional, and a pleasure to speak to.
The park itself is also extremely clean everywhere. 
We have already booked to come back. Thank you for an excellent weekend break, I wish I could have stayed longer.

The Foxhunter Park is a luxury you can't say no too, it's excellent service from start to finish.

Went of the Foxhunter for a charity event hosted in the restaurant “le club” was a lovely night until I would assume from the attire kitchen staff Ryan started cursing in front of me and my family with young children in his presence. He had to be called out due to the quality of his cooking which is not what you would expect considering the price but apparently well done and medium rags are the exact same. Won’t be returning.

Inexperienced and verbal

Zoe, the waitress at Fox Hunters, made our stay truly enjoyable! Her warm smile and attentive service created a welcoming atmosphere for our family. From the delicious food recommendations to prompt service, Zoe's dedication to her job was evident throughout our visit. She made dining at Fox Hunters a delightful experience, and we can't wait to return. Thank you, Zoe, for adding that special touch to our family getaway! Highly recommended.

As an owner at The Foxhunter we use our facility to give our service users who have learning disabilities a few days holiday at a time.  I attended with one of my staff members and two of our service users over the weekend of 23rd June and have to say, as always, our welcome  by reception and the clubhouse is outstanding.  It is very important that our service users feel included in such environments, and this has proved to us that the park caters for everybody's needs.  We also had Sunday lunch at Le Club and can honestly say it was the best Sunday lunch I have had for a very longtime.  It was all cooked to perfection (even though we arrived at 3.30pm) and last orders are around 3.45pm.  The service was again, exceptional and everybody is so accommodating.  Thank you to all the great team at The Foxhunter as well as Kelly Morgan who always is receptive to any queries or questions we have.  We are looking forward to more lovely weekends and good food and entertainment at The Foxhunter.

Outstanding

The staff were lovely, all of them. The caravan was lovely, very clean, fit for purpose. Enough cutlery etc. The bedrooms were quite small but this is to be expected in a caravan. The only downside were the mattresses, which to be fair had seen better days and you could feel the springs. We ended up putting the double quilt on top and using two of the spare single quilts to cover us. Our neighbours were lovely, as were some of the residents we met on site. We didn’t use the pool as we read that dogs were not permitted, however when we had lunch in the clubhouse there were a number of dogs poolside. Top tip - take some mosquito repellent as due to a couple of stagnant ponds and the guttering running into the grass the mosquito population is booming. Also take a fan!

A nice stay - see you again

I had my son's 11th birthday on Sunday and had the most amazing day! 
Kirk went above and beyond to cater for us!
The buffet I organised with Kirk was absolutely beautiful and everyone loved it! I was able to hire the back end of the restaurant which was perfect and I was able to decorate it! Really had such an amazing day! 
James played some pool games for the children which they absolutely loved! 
All the staff are so lovely and you are always greeted with a smile! 
Kirk and the team are amazing! 
James is brilliant with the kids and they always have so much on for them! 

We stay here alot and there is always entertainment on for adults and kids with live acts, bingo, kids Club, pool games, football craft hour baby senory great food! 
They put on a brilliant Easter for the children with a massive Easter egg hunt and easter bonnet completion with fantastic prices! Including  tablets and scooters!
We played rounders with kids which was so fun!
The security are really lovely and friendly and walk round the site through the night making us feel safe! 
Can't wait for jam packed summer down there.
