The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. A perfect place for an overnight stop off. The location was perfect for heading to Southend the following day.  My son and I really enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay at Premier Inns again in the future.

A great place to spend the night.

I was blown away by the standard of decor and facilities for the price. Honestly did not expect it to be as nice. Complimentary Green & Blacks chocs and focus on sustainability. Greatlocation as well. They provided everything you would need for a short break. Small fridge, tea facilities and coffee machine. Extra pillows were supplied in your room. The staff were very frirndly & helpful. Cannot fault thr room especially for the price. I would highly recommend.

Far exceeded my expectations!

impressed by the lady at reception and the standard of her work room was very good I would recommend if your anywhere the area or even if its anywhere near where you need to be great kebab shop just up the road as well top notch for a good price I'll come again if I'm anywhere near

Very happy

I stayed here whilst in the area on business.
Check in was easy and welcome was pleasant and efficient.
The room was clean and tidy, and the Plus room had plenty of sockets which was a good improvement.
The shower was excellent.
The bed was good and I slept well.

Breakfast in the morning was good.
Service was excellent, and the food I had was really good.

I have no complaints or issues and would happily stay here again.

Great staff, comfortable room

Lovely stay at this Premier Inn with my family. The service was great and rooms (recently refurbished) were absolutely immaculate. Really friendly staff who were very helpful. We had breakfast too. There was a great choice and the cooked breakfast was tasty.

Great premier Inn

The staff were amazing and 2 in particular went above and beyond. One in the restaurant and one on reception.
They are the main reason i would happily stay again.
The room was very clean and comfortable and no traffic noise could be heard from the busy main road.

Perfect stay
Nice room just breakfast area needs some refurbishing because the rooms are looking so nice . Rooms are clean , breakfast was ok and receptionist was very welcoming . Car parking was free so thats a big plus because other hotel will charge you

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, receptionist was very nice and really helpful . Great team , very clean, parking is free, great location next to a127   , rooms were very clean. Rooms were renovated so the reception and breakfast room should be too because it looks very different

Loved it

Really helpful and friendly colleagues, from the moment we checked in, to the service we received at breakfast the next day. Great service, good size room and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again!

Great colleagues and a super nights sleep

The young lady that checked us in on the 23rd was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Also the lady on reception on the 24th was brilliant too.
The reception area was decorated very nicely and was clean. 
The lady serving breakfast was lovely too.
Would definitely stay again.
