You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to fill in an online check-in form for each guest (including children), acknowledge the property's Terms and Conditions and submit a copy of a valid photo ID prior to arrival. This has to be completed before the property can provide self check-in instructions. Please note parking is provided for one car. For a second and further cars an additional charge of GBP 3 per day applies. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge: Small pet up to 10kg is 10 GBP per pet Medium pet up to 20kg are 15 GBP per stay Large pets over 20kg are 20 GBP per stay Please note that the Holiday Home includes 2 bathrooms, one on the upper level with full amenities including a shower and a toilet, the other is located downstairs just with toilet and no shower.
