This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Late check in is possible for an additional fee of GBP 20, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please note the lead guest must be 23 years and older. Guests are advised that matching photo ID and payment card will be requested at check in and an electronically signed contract is required.
