Dreadful
rude & unhelpful staff ruined the whole experience, hated it from start to finish
cant say just how much this booking upset me
endless calls about booking in, rude on the phone when i asked them to stop
probably given the worst room in the place

stayed in the Gower many times before, always a warm welcome, staff are very friendly and helpful, lovely bar with log fire in colder weather, good breakfast choice and great location, l can and do recommend this hotel to my friends who also love the place

great choice lovely location

A very friendly hotel - the staff were welcoming when we arrived a little early, quick check in and directed us to the car park round the back.
Room was very small but adequate for our one night stay
The Bar was fabulous with lots of locals and caravan owners. 
Great central location near to the front, shops and restaurants 
Breakfast was absolutely delicious

Wonderful warm welcome

Lovely clean comfortable room. We had a little balcony which was nice. The bar was cosy and there was a good choice of lagers. We had to choose our breakfast the night before which was fine. My husband changed his mind in the morning and they were happy to change his breakfast choice. The young lad there was lovely I think his name was Alex.
It is situated in a really good place and we walked onto the beach in the morning. Overall a fab stay.

Lovely place to stay

Just home from a night at the Gower. This really is a lovely hotel, right in the middle of Saundersfoot, it’s central to beach, harbour, bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Rooms are tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, warm and have everything you need. The bar was welcoming, comfortable seating and an excellent selection of drinks. The owners are there and are busy busy making sure everyone has a great stay. Breakfast this morning in the orangery was delightful, plenty of juice and cereals, hot toast, the bacon on the full English was so thick it was almost gammon, and the local smoked salmon and scrambled eggs was gorgeous.  An all round super stay at a great price. I would 100% stay again and recommend to you all.

Night away with friends in the Foot

11/09/23-14/09/23 We stayed in room 32 which is a smaller room but ok for two on a short trip. This room is painted grey and it's not working makes the room feel small.

The location of the hotel is very good just off the seafront and it has a small car park which is handy but you can't book a slot, first come first served but there is a public car park just down the road. 

Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. There are some areas that need work and redecorating but I am sure they are planning it. 
I would stay here again. 


Nice family hotel 

2 night stay to see friends in saundersfoot  overall a pleasant stay  staff friendly. The room was clean although a little cramped. Breakfast was ok and cooked to order however got cereal and before finished it the cooked breakfast arrived timings could be better. It would be good to have option of croissants and danish for breakfast and gettingvthe milk and orange juice was not handy having to keep opening the door of an unstable cooler to access it.

Short stay

Had room 23 very small although spotless . There was only one bedside table . Toilet roll holder broken and door to shower never opened fully it hit the toilet . Also there was a plastic box under a pipe by the toilet . Dressing table had tea and coffee on a tray and that was the only place to dry hair . We’ve had bigger and better rooms for less money . Breakfast was lovely ,you pre order the night before which was no problem . Car park very tight to get into . 

Small room

You possibly pay a little more to stay here but you are rewarded with all the finishing touches so it’s definitely worth it. The location is perfect, the staff are lovely and helpful, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped, with no noise disturbances. We had a delicious breakfast freshly cooked to order every morning, with access to drinks and cereals of our choice. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Quality hotel!

Fabulous hotel in Saundersfoot. We really enjoyed our stay even though the weather was rubbish. Rooms were spotlessly clean, lovely bar and dining room. Breakfast was delicious and good quality and staff were friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back next year!
