Don’t normally write a review, but had to on this occasion!! Had a really good time away here with my Girlfriend for a long weekend. Food, service and drink was awesome!! We especially enjoyed ourselves on our lovely spa day. Definitely be going again in the future…

Amazing experience over a long weekend!!!

Just enjoyed a quick break up to Scarborough- I honeymooned here in 2012 and enjoyed my stay in 2024 immensely.
The hotel is set just far enough away to be peaceful but close enough to such beautiful countryside and many local amenities.
Rooms are spacious comfortable  and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is delicious.
The spa is so relaxing and a must when you are here 


Peace and tranquility

Had the best night away . Our room was huge and clean and everything we needed. ( room 26) . The views were lovely of fields and was peaceful staff were polite and couldn’t do enough.
 Food was a stunning 3 course meal and the dining area was a good atmosphere with a separate room for those with dogs . 
Cosy bar with good selection of drinks . 
Breakfast was spot on next morning .

Spa was great! Just what we needed . 2 massive good quality hot tubs . A decent sized pool for a swim and a sauna and steam room. Used the spa both Saturday and Sunday morning before we checked out. 
Would  definitely visit again next year for a relaxing night away.

Lovely relaxing break

Great stay with friends. Booked a Suite with huge bed, separate lounge and large bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Food was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed everything. Looking forward to going back soon.

Great stay with friends

This has always been a first class hotel. But with the addition of their new spa facilities and, the hire of a michelin starred chef it must rank as the best hotel on the east coast. The staff are very welcoming.

Outstanding pet friendly hotel

Lovely break at this peaceful country hotel. 
The manager was very kind and even offered to pick us up when we had a puncture en route.
Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The room was lovely and the food was amazing! Compliments to the chef!
Would love to stay there again.

Peaceful and relaxing east coast escape with fabulous food!

What a welcoming hotel. We had a very relaxing one night stop over and wished we could have stayed longer. The room was large and comfortable.. a perfect temperature. The hotel itself is friendly, professional and perfect. The meal was superb!

Warm, friendly and absolutely beautiful food

My wife and I have just had a wonderful weekend at Ox Pasture Hall Hotel.  The accommodation was first class, .  The staff . particularly Jay. Frank and a young lady I believe was called  Ash could not do enough to assist us. We stayed for  two nights and the first night had an excellent meal in the restaurant. but the highlight of the weekend was the meal in the Coast restaurant prepared by the new Chef Thomas Carr. We were very lucky to be there on his first night at Ox Pasture and the meal was pure delight. We enjoyed the stay so much that we booked a return visit before  we left. The all round excellence of this Hotel has got to be experienced to be believed.  

Ox Pasture Hall Hotel - a great stay

We were there for the first night of the new restaurant with Thomas Carr. What a privilege! Amazing food in every detail, and fabulous service. Everything new and perfect. Loved the beautiful cutlery! We were upgraded to the most fantastic room. Would love to go again. 

Worth stars! 

This is our 3rd Christmas at the Ox Pasture Hall Hotel and our 5th visit. We absolutely love it.
It’s so unbelievably dog friendly and Jay, Ash, Frank and all the staff are so welcoming and cannot do enough for you.
We stayed for 5 nights in a suite and it was faultless. We enjoyed dog walks around the lovely grounds, drinks in the cosy bar and all of the exceptional food in the restaurant.
The food is absolutely amazing and the steak and ale pie is the best pie ever! 
We have throughly enjoyed our Christmas and can’t wait to return.
