We were only in Scarborough for a couple of nights but this apartment was perfect. Clean, stylish, central and welcoming. The outside temperature was 30 degrees but the rooms were cool and additional fans were provided to help if required. Easy check in, check out, no pressure and simple instructions for access. No. 1 Harcourt Place

Stayed for a night in June 2022, Janice is a fabulous host and couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay so easy! An amazing apartment with everything you need in a wonderful location. Would highly recommend! We will be back!

Fabulous place and fabulous host!

Recently stayed here for a concert. Brilliant accommodation which was a good price considering the amount of hotels and B&Bs in area.  Kept well up to date by Janice to our stay and given the location would definitely use here again for future visits lovely clean spacious accommodation.

Concert visit at Open Air

Stayed for two nights in September last year, there was 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children. 
The apartment was incredibly clean, we had everything we needed. Janice was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Fantastic location, booked again for this year!

Excellent place to stay, booked again!

We stayed in 1 Harcourt Place on 12th October for 2 nights.
We love the location, so easy to get anywhere.
It was really clean and warm which is lovely on a chilly day.
We love the sea view from the apartment, could sit there all day.
Although there is no parking we park across the road at the Palm Court Hotel parking which we ffnd very convenient.
Janice the owner is really good at communicating with guests, we found this very helpful. We shall definitely be visiting again

A little gem

Janice was an amazing host, great location (few mins from the beach) ,fab views and good value for money. It wasa  short trip away via the tourist bus to the water park and sea life meant our children had a memorable trip. The Italian restaurant nextdoor il piatto is definitely worth visiting too.

Wonderful host and location

I would highly recommend staying here! Perfectly located centrally and next to beach, parking 2 mins walk away. Clean comfortable apartments with excellent facilities. Will definitely be back! We we're a mixed group age wise of 9 people and hired two apartments, both were fantastic! Communication with owners excellent. Definitely go! 

Fantastic! Don't hesitate just book! 

Stayed here in August for 1 night. We are a family of 4 but we had apartment 3 which sleeps 6! 
The apartment is spacious and clean. We had a jacuzzi bath and an en suite on the double bedroom.
The views are beautiful from both sides of the apartment 
Closet to the town, the tram which takes you to beach front and walking distance for most restaurants and cafes 
Janice the owner was so friendly and helpful she couldn’t do enough
We would definitely stay here again !

Lovely central apartments with fabulous views

We have just returned ( sadly) from a weekend staying at Harcourt , the apartment was clean, lots of space and amazing views. So close to ALL amenities , the tramway down to the amusements, shops and restaurants near by . We are planning to book for next summer but for longer . Janice the owner is an amazing host , nothing is a bother and even text halfway through asking if we needed anything . I would highly recommend booking with Janice if you would like a lovely time in Scarborough.

We also need to recommend to anyone if they love cats to go to the Steampuss Cat Lounge just along from the apartment.

All round an excellent stay, Janice was excellent from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment  was clean and covid secure, the instructions for access were clear and concise.
