We have been staying at The Atlanta for a few years, and we are never disappointed. This year we booked a few days for our silver wedding anniversary, Sue and Eddie had left a card and present in the room, a lovely surprise and the personal touch that they are super at.
Rooms have everything you need, cosy and comfortable. 
Breakfast is always amazing, the full cooked sets you up perfectly for your day, only using the highest quality ingredients.
This isn’t just a place to stay, it’s like visiting family, can’t wait for the next visit

Perfect stay

We stayed for a week at this lovely hotel, Ed & Sue made us so welcome, the room was lovely, clean & comfortable. The food was delicious & nothing was too much trouble they made our stay for our wedding anniversary very special. I'd definitely recommend it & we hope to be back soon. ❤️

Anniversary getaway

We stayed 2 nights in May having stayed there a lot over the last few years. Ed and Sue are the perfect hosts,nothing is to much trouble and they are always on hand to help if needed. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are a touch of luxury, warm and cosy. Sue cooks a great breakfast, a large choice and all freshly made, and served with a smile by Ed. We visit Scarborough whenever we can and we always stay at the Atlanta, we wouldn't stay anywhere else, it's home from home, and they provide a permit so you can park outside at no charge, if you're staying in Scarborough give them a ring, you won't be disappointed, thanks Ed and Sue, hope to be back soon. 

Best Hotel in Scarborough 

This is the second time we have stayed in the Atlanta. the breakfast is fantastic.the bed in room 3 is very comfortable and the room itself is very spacious. The couple that run it are very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be staying again.

Short break 

Excellent bed and breakfast very clean rooms were nice and big and lovely bathroom,breakfast was great very filling. Central for north and South Bay and peasholme park was just down the road very nice park lots to do,would definitely return

We visited Scarborough during July 2022 to see family, friends and to see the legendary Sir Tom Jones  who was giving a concert at the Scarborough Open Air Theatre, we stayed at Eddie and Sue's beautiful hotel, which was just a short walk to the Theatre and the super Peasholm Park with all its activities.  Both Eddie and Sue were lovely hosts and nothing was too much trouble.  The rooms were exceptional with everything we needed during our 4 day stay, including a variety of toiletries, home made cake, fresh milk and water, even including a fridge in the room so we could enjoy pre dinner drinks before Sue's lovely and filling evening dinners.  Breakfast was amazing with great choice and the quality was next to none.  Hence we are now on a diet.  We would not hesitate to book with them again in the future.

Is this one of the best b&b's on the N E coast? Yes it is ,fantastic stay ,great food ,the friendliest hosts . Would we stay again?most definitely. Nice room comfortable bed great location for the North Bay and the town. Thank you Ed & Sue we will see you  again  Derek and Liz.

Great 4 night stay in Scarborough  at the Atlanta.

We were made very welcome to a well kept very clean B&B our room albeit a little compact was kept excellent and clean, chocolates, cake, cold water, small fridge (great for the Gin and Tonic) all the necessary toiletries and towels and also bath robes.  
We stayed B&B but optional evening meals was available, there was a large varied choice for breakfast  from fresh fruit, fruit salad, cereals, and a varied menu for cooked breakfast.
Good location near to North beach, Whitby bus stop a few doors up ,town centre about 15 minute walk.

Nice hosts, nice place, nice stay

Just stayed for 5 nights and wished it was longer. Great hosts ,lovely rooms ,excellent breakfast. Ideal position for open air theatre, peasholm Park, short walk into town centre and train station,. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed here for three nights. Very friendly hosts Sue and Eddie, comfortable bed and a great breakfast with plenty of choices. It is on a main road but had no problems parking. Easy walking distance to Peasholm park and North Bay facilities.
