We stayed here for 3 nights in September and it was excellent! The room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The breakfasts were delicious with lots of choice. Emily and Stuart are very welcoming. Fast WiFi was available in the room. Excellent value for money. The bed was extremely comfy, the only thing that stopped us from getting an excellent night's sleep was that when someone was using the shower in the bathroom that is next to room 1 then this causes a humming noise which woke us up on 2 of the mornings. There are places to park on the street, but you might be a bit of a walk away during busy times. We had a lovely stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

A Lovely Long Weekend

This was our 3rd visit to this establishment which has become our ‘go to’ accommodation whenever we visit Scarborough.  These are our thoughts to help other potential guests with their deliberations on whether to visit.
1) Stewart and Emily are the most wonderful of hosts, have lots of helpful information about the local area if you need it, and are incredibly personable throughout your stay.  Their passion for your stay with them really shines through. 
2) Rooms are modern, well equipped with more than enough storage space.
3) The whole establishment is immaculately kept and maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness.
4) If you choose to have breakfast it is freshly cooked by Stewart, there is more than enough choice and it is served with a smile by Emily.
5) Parking is on the roadside but we never have any issues locating a spot and there are arrangements in place for it to be free to guests. (as establishment located in a disc zone)
6) It is perfectly placed for either north or south bay attractions – north bay is nearer but the south bay is no more than a 15 to 20 minute walk.
7) The beds are really comfy and we have a great night’s sleep every time we visit.
8) If you are thinking looking for accommodation in Scarborough then no need to look any further.  We are always delighted with our choice and like to return.  Stewart and Emily run a great establishment and are thoroughly deserving of your patronage.  Best tip - make sure to book directly with the owners – you get a better deal than going through the online platforms.


A wonderful return visit  

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at this wonderfully well run guest house. It was in a great location close to everything, not too far away to walk around and explore. 

The owners were very welcoming, checked us in earlier which was very kind, so then we was able to get on with our day. The room was very clean and spotless , bed was comfortable, felt nice and homely. You had a good selection of breakfast. We went for the full English which was delicious.

Definitely recommend this place, we will be returning when we next come to Scarborough.

Great stay here

Absolutely fantastic property. Emily and Stuart are amazing hosts and owners, very helpful and going out of their way to help. The property is extremely clean and to a high modern standard with everything that you need. I would recommended this property to anyone staying in Scarborough. 

Amazing

Looking for somewhere not to far from home for a last minute break before weather changes. Found this b n b tripadvisor site. We stayed in the family room which was small but perfectly functional.  Nicely decorated and super clean . Parking was no problem and we were provided with a permit. Located in a pleasant area and within walking distance of Peasholm Park. Emily and Stewart are a lovely, friendly couple and if we visit Scarborough in the future it would be our go to place to stay.

Last minute weekend break

Excellent guest house. Wonderful welcoming hosts and spotlessly clean well designed rooms. 
Great location close to the open air theatre, plenty of local eateries and of course the beach. 
Will definitely be back

Immaculate accommodation and very welcoming owners . Can’t fault it at all and great location for the Open air theatre . Make sure you book directly for the best deal . Guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

Top notch B and B

Incredible experience. Emily & Stewart couldn’t have been more helpful. Both went out of their way to make the stay brilliant (and serve a fantastic breakfast despite my difficult allergies!)

Comfortable bed, beautiful, clean room and a nice quiet street. Easy parking, great location. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Couldn’t recommend higher

Good location for exploring the town and Peasholm Park on foot. Very clean and well maintained. Parking permit provided for street parking, which can be hard to find depending on time/date of arrival. Friendly and efficient hosts. Additional charge for breakfast.

Convenient base for exploring Scarborough

Very friendly owners. Clean and tidy rooms wonderful tasty breakfast. Well worth a visit. 
Only 10 minutes walk down to the fabulous north bay! Stunning scenery and really good shopping centre very close by.
