We sadly had to cancel our booking yesterday due to stormy weather making it difficult to travel. We're so disappointed but will re-book very soon. The owner very kindly agree to cancel our booking without charge which was hugely appreciated and is a sign of a fantastic business who understands great customer service. Plentiful tea with real milk in the fridge plus biscuits!
Lovely and clean with a fresh, modern en suite.

Wonderful room!

Our stay was fabulous,Lisa and Annette is very welcoming, they explained everything to us about places we can visit during our stay.As you step in the corridor smell so fresh .The View is facing the sea by the bedroom window.
The room smell fresh and very clean Free tea and coffee with a electric kettle.
Water and milk was provided in the fridge.
Definitely recommend this place if you are going in North Bay.

The Ramleh Scarborough North Bay

Stayed Friday - Monday in the Double sea view room. We were called the day before just as a courtesy to confirm what time we’d arrive & were told if we arrived early we could check in early! We’ve stayed before and it’s always lovely. 
The owner is wonderful, chatty & couldn’t be more helpful. They explained (as we haven’t stayed since Covid) that unless needed, they’d stay out of our room but if we needed anything (and we were asked each day) to let them know. 
Coffee/tea making facilities and bottled water & sweets all waiting for us in the room. Comfy, quiet room with an amazing view.

Great weekend stay.

Stayed here on a busy August bank holiday in 2020. The place is a bit tired and in need of a bit of a makeover but it did the job. We had a very small room but it was adequate for what we needed as we were visiting family and literally only needed somewhere to sleep.

Great stay

Spent 4 lovely relaxing days here  and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Got a room with a sea view and table and chairs and hot drink facilities in the bay window . Just lovely to sit in the room and admire the view . The host Lisa , was helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble . She made us feel at home . Some nice little touches in the room with the jar of sweets , bottles of water and plenty of tea, coffee , hit chocolate and biscuits. Found the bed very comfortable and the room quite. The hosts served a lovely and tasty full English breakfast and there are alternatives if you wish. The dining room was clean and bright with another fantastic sea view. The icing on the cake was watching the dolphins in the bay on our last morning while eating breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay again when next in Scarborough ,

Relaxing break .

Stayed here for two nights with my husband and son.
The rooms are lovely and clean, the bedding smells amazing. There was plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water and even a jar of sweets which went down well with my husband.
The beds were comfy had no problem sleeping.
Breakfast was fantastic, you get a choice of lots of things before toast and full English breakfast is served. Was lovely looking out to sea while eating it.
There is on site parking for up to four cars and an outside seating area.
Lisa, the owner, can not do enough for you. If you have a problem or want anything she is more than happy to help. 
The hotel is based very close to the open air theatre and Peasholm Park.
We will definitely be booking to stay here again.

Enjoyable Stay

Stayed here again when visiting for 2 nights at the open air theatre for James and Snow Patrol (fabulous venue), perfect location for the gig, peasholm park, the north bay and a short walk to the centre and/or south bay, fabulous sea views, spotless hotel and fantastic hosts.  Bed comfortable, bathroom ample for what we needed, lovely fluffy fresh smelling towels and complimentary toiletries.  Arrived to plenty of tea/coffee/hot choc (Galaxy!) supplies (and offered more on request), biscuits, bottled water and a sweet jar.  We would always recommend and also will be returning in future.  Thanks Lisa for another lovely stay.

Lovely return stay

2 night stay for Stereophonics gig at the Open Air Theatre. Absolutely perfect location, 5 minute walk to the venue, plenty of places to eat and get a drink close by, stunning views and above all 5 Star + service! 
I travel all over the country for work and the most important things for me when staying in an unfamiliar town are service, local knowledge and location. Lisa and her mum went over and above to make us feel at home and we came away feeling like we’d made some new friends. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone going to an event at the Open Air Theatre, or who simply wants to be close to the centre without all of the hussle and bussle of a busy seaside town. If you get a chance to stay here, book it! You won’t be disappointed!!

Amazing Service, Views and Location! (What more do you need??)

Lisa was very welcoming and made us feel at home as soon as we met her .All areas were very clean. Our room was amazing .Very clean. Amazing views.Breakfast was very good and a nice seaview from the dining room.Beds very comfy. Well stocked tea coffee milk biscuits in our room and a few nice gestures.Would we return yes we would without a doubt.From the first phone call to leaving we had no problems at all.
