We had a fantastic 3 night stay at St Michael's into the new year. We received a nice warm welcome from Annie & Alex on arrival. The check-in was straight forward & informative with the option to have or decline morning breakfast. The room we was allocated (6) was on the top floor & nicely decorated. We had a nice sleep in our double bed with warm bedding. The bathroom is nice & clean with a hot refreshing shower. Kettle with tea & coffee condiments are available in your room. The breakfast is delicious & cooked to your preference. St Michaels offers that home to home feel as soon as you cross the threshold. Annie & Alex made our stay a memorable one & we felt like old friends. We can highly recommend St Michael's without any doubt & hope to return in the near future

A fabulous B&B in an ideal location

Such a warm and friendly welcome from Annie and Alex. Nothing was too much trouble and our room was clean , warm and very comfortable. We would recommend  having the optional breakfast as it was delicious and good value . We will definitely stay again .

Friendly warm experience .

We stayed two nights at St Michael guest house. It was amazing from the moment we arrived to when we left. We were greeted by Annie who made us a coffee and a delicious slice of Christmas cake. The bedroom was lovely, coffee and tea making facilities were available, with chocolate biscuits and not forgetting the mints. The breakfast was very tasty, lovely sausages and bacon. The hosts could not do enough for you.I would highly recommend this guest house. Jacci and David

I felt very welcome here and would recommend this guest house highly.
The owners of the guest house, were very friendly.
The bedroom was too a good standard and en suite was good too.  The breakfast was excellent too. 

Four day stay

The hosts are amazingly warm and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Our rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfy..toiletries in the ensuite were a bonus.
Cooked breakfasts were delicious and filled us up.
Will definitely be back.

Weekend away 

Annie and Alex are genuinely lovely people & made us feel very welcome. It felt like staying with friends. . Nicely decorated rooms, amazingly comfortable bed & feather filled pillows! Spotlessly clean.
Lovely full English breakfast every morning & nothing was too much trouble.
2 minutes from Peasholm Park and a short walk to the beach and town. 
We will definitely book again.

Hidden Gem this lovely Guest House.Very, very Friendly and great Hosts Annie and Alex,nothing to much trouble.Fabulous Yorkshire Breakfast.Extremely neat clean and tidy throughout.This is the first time We have ever posted a review,so very well deserved indeed.Parking no Problem, and great location,which is a definate plus in Scarborough!!!!!!!Lovely ,Lovely stay indeed.All the best for the Future.,we will return for sure. xxx.

Our first time at St Michael’s and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely traditional B&B in a convenient location for the promenade and town centre. The hosts, Alex and Annie were very welcoming and brilliant throughout, providing everything we needed, including beautifully cooked breakfasts which are served in a very pleasant dining room. Our room was cosy with plenty of storage space and nice, comfy bed. 
We can definitely recommend a stay at St Michael’s and would like to thank Alex and Annie for being the perfect hosts 👍

Ranked #1 B&B in Scarborough for good reason!

Just returned from our second stay with Annie and Alex. You couldn’t wish for a more friendly couple, very welcoming. Excellent facilities, as was the breakfast. Ideal location for both North and South Bay. Would definitely recommend and I’m sure we’ll be back for another visit.

Lovely stay at the excellent St. Michael’s

Just returned home from a 4 night stay at St Micheals Guest house in Scarborough. Annie and Alex were perfect hosts, very professional, nothing wasn't to much trouble. Very knowledgeable of the area. Room was cosy, good sized breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying at this guest house.
