Such a friendly and welcoming hotel. Our room was well appointed and had a nice view of the castle. The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean. Nice bar with a good range of drinks Great location and fresh breakfast. 5 min walk from the beach  love staying here

Excellent

Great hosts and a very warm welcome.
Very good accommodation, costa's breakfast were excellent. Would highly recommend! In walking distance to open air theatre, peasholm Park just round the corner. A 5 minute walk to sea front.

Our stay at The Norlands

I stayed for 2 nights with my son as a little getaway. Brian and Costa were amazing. Me son is celiac and they catered for all his dietary needs. Nothing was too much trouble. The property is very clean and the atmosphere is homely . I have given 5 stars but would give 6 if I could. The property is within walking distance from the north bay facilities and we had no issues with parking at the property. The food was lovely and there is a bar for evenings set is a nice lounge. I hope to return soon

The norlands hotel

Superb location close to North bay, the park and only 30 minute walk to South Bay or a short bus ride if prefer. Hotel high up with good views across to the sea.
Brian and Costa fantastic hosts, Brian even rang to save me money on my last minute booking. He is a superb friendly host and quite the comedian. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the area.
Hotel very clean and fairly modern, good tea, coffee and biscuit tray and happy to give extras if required.
Breakfast superb with an excellent choice and Costas omelettes are a must.
Cannot wait to return

A hidden gem with fantastic hosts.

Spotlessly clean room, great lounge to relax in, excellent breakfast all freshly cooked.
The hosts Brian and Costa are so helpful , friendly and knowledgeable about what's on and where to go around the local area. We would recommend this place to everyone if you stay here you won't be disappointed.

Excellent place to stay

Brian and Costa absolutely perfect hosts hotel is spotless breakfast excellent whean u have stayed here u won't go anywhere else PERFECT  open air theatre only 2 min walk. 2 min to North bay and peasholm park

Weekend for concert

Absolutely lovely hotel with a good friendly atmosphere, Brian & Costa were brilliant host's, who had time for all their guests whatever their needs.
Would recommend this hotel which is situated near Peasholm Park on the north bay.
Parking was not a problem either as hotel is set back from a quiet road.

Very warm welcome from the hosts Brian and Costa. Lovely room and fantastic breakfast all made for a lovely weekend. Five minute walk to Peasholm Park and the north bay. We will be back soon.

Lovely birthday weekend

We recently stayed at the Norlands for 2 nights and can highly recommend this lovely hotel.  We received a very warm welcome from Brian and Costa who made you feel at home straight away. The hotel bedroom, bar and breakfast room are all very comfortable and clean, breakfasts were delicious too.  You can tell they take pride in their hotel and have many returning guests.  Location is great especially if you are attending the open air theatre. We will definitely return.

This small B&B hotel but gives great service ,the hosts Brian,and Costa are lovely guys go out they way to make you comfortable,spotless hotel couldn’t fault ,make you very welcome ,beds very comfy,breakfast to die for,anything they don’t have they will get ,my husband and I had a lovely 3night stay,here would highly recommend
