Lovely find. We were given the family room which had a large king size bed and bunks. Room was very spacious and very clean. Large bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Tea/coffee facilities were provided with additional milk in fridge for guests use. 
Breakfast was excellent and host was very welcoming.

Can’t fault the accommodation, high standards very comfy beds, bathroom lovely very clean Bottled water and fresh bottled milk in a separate fridge if need be 
Joan our host made a wonderful breakfast and personal requests was no problem 
I’d definitely stay again and for longer if I could

Only stayed 1 night wish it had been more

Another fantastic few days at this very quaint B&B , the room is very clean and tidy with a guest fridge available with bottled water and milk . The breakfast was delicious as usual and the only complaint I’ve got is as we were checking out the wonderful hostess Joan informed us that they have sold up and are moving on , will miss our yearly stay . 10/10 for our stay , but 0/10 for the noisy seagulls who woke up at 4 every morning !

Another pleasant stay

Fab u lous as usual. Had 2 nights this week, breakfast was lovely, Joan as usual was chatting to all the guests while cooking breakfasts. Lovely choice.
Room 5 was family room but just 2 of us.
Fresh water and milk in fridge, so can help yourself. No issues here AT ALL... Recommended

Just back from another couple of days at Olde School House. As usual, comfy and clean room with tea/coffee tray and fresh milk and water in fridge to help yourself to. Joan makes a cracking breakfast and offers plenty of extra tea/coffee and toast if you can manage it! Good weather while we were there made it even better! Thanks Joan and family x

What a lovely,clean and friendly atmosphere..Joan and Peter were excellent hosts,,a warm welcome,,bedroom was very nice and the en suite was lovely.breakfast was plenty,,a choice of fresh fruit,cereal,and a lovely cooked breakfast..nothing was a bother,,will deffo return again..thankyou

A lovely few days away

Have stopped here before when on a bike ride and thought it would be a nice place to come for a winter break with my wife. The hosts are very welcoming and serve a great breakfast cooked in the kitchen in front of you ,its like being home from home. The rooms are well equipped with all that you need ,fresh milk and bottled water available on a fridge on the landing . Bathroom of a high standard with a good size shower. Beds were comfortable with good fresh linen. Car parking was either on the drive or off road. A short walk into the town took about 10 minutes.

Winter Break

Absolutely perfect B&B. Joan a very friendly host with a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended place for a trip up the Northumberland coast. less than 10 minutes casual walk to the seafront, and a path behind the b&b that cuts through if heading to Bamburgh along the beach. Speaking to other guests we understand why there are a lot repeat visitors! We will be joining them.

We stayed for four nights here a very pleasant experience. Our room was clean, as was the bathroom, and had all the usual facilities. Our host Joan, was out when we arrived but left all details as to gaining access to our room, so no problems. She gave us a warm and friendly greeting at breakfast next day. Parking off road is limited but there is space available on road.  Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of 'traditional fare'. Cooking was done to order.  It is about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the town and seafront.  A lovely relaxed place to stay.

Just back from 2 nights....we are frequent visitors!!!
Lucky with weather. Room 5 this time, as per usual no problems, nice room. Good breakfasts as per. Used the guests fridge and there is milk and water for guests to enjoy.
We have already booked our next visit.
