What a terrific b&b!! Just returned from here this morning and just had to share how good our experience was. Location is in deep country side & has good views & was very quite when we visted.the owners were very welcoming when we arrived & went out of their way to be helpful. Even giving us a lift to our next destination(a wedding at brands hatch hotel.) The ensuite family room we stayed in was big,cosy & clean. Bathroom was a good size with a decent shower. Bed was big & i slept well. Free wifi is always good & this was available. Breakfast was superb & there was a good selection of cereals,fruit,breads,tea & coffee as well as a very large cooked breakfast if you so desired. This included...sausage,bacon,egg,mushroom,tomoto & beans x2.all in all value for money and a nice place to stay with freindly owners. 😃

Fab one night stay.

Upon arrival Carl welcomed us and immediately took us to a very lovely double room with en-suite. The room was warm and clean and comfortable. There is a communal dining/kitchen area with drinks and snacks and this is where breakfast is served. 
Carl and Vicky could not do enough for us, made us very welcome and Vicky even drove us down to the lovely White Swan pub!
Loved staying here, bed comfy, lovely atmosphere and fantastic breakfast. We’ll stay again if coming for an overnight stay for Brands Hatch which is close by.

Perfect B&B

Really enjoyed our stay at this little bed and breakfast. The couple running it were very welcoming and accommodating. The beds are comfortable and the house spotless. The breakfast was excellent and there are snacks available in the kitchen at all times. All in all an excellent good value bed and breakfast.

Fabulous Bed and Breakfast

I’ve stayed at Nine Acres a few times. It’s like a home form home. The landlady, Vicky, is lovey and the B&B is a quaint little place, tucked away,  but just a few minutes drive to Brands Hatch circuit. 
There is full use of a kitchen with some food available (cereal, bread, crisps, fruit etc) and breakfast in the morning. The bathrooms have a fabulous selection of toiletries. Anything else you need, you just ask! 
I can’t recommend this B&B enough if you are looking for a homely place to stay at a great, affordable price. 

Lovely little B&B

Stayed at the Nine Acres for 2 nights recently for the BTCC at Brands Hatch,so convenient being literally 4 mins in car to the paddock entrance and ten minute walk to the local pub,The Swan,take a torch as lane to pub not lit at night but not a major problem and well worth the walk,room we had was a large en suite,very clean & had everything you could need,nice communal room down the hall too with fridge,microwave etc that you could use anytime you want,lovely couple run the Nine Acres,very friendly and helpfull,stunning brekky in the morning as well,great price,lovely location,safe parking for your car,could not fault it at all,we will definatly use again :-)

Stayed at nine acres b&b on business,  nothing was to much trouble for the owners , I had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to return , very comfortable beds, a kitchen where you can cook up some food if you wanted to and breakfast was great, 10/10

Perfect stay

Stayed a few days for a short break. Delightful to meet Vicky, the owner, who could not do enough to make us feel welcome. The bedroom was clean and well appointed and the attached bathroom was similarly clean with hand wash and shower gel supplied. The towels were bath sheet size! The view from the room overlooked the amazingly well kept garden which boasted a range of flowers. The use of the a kitchen for tea,  coffee etc was also available with a prodigious supply of goodies including fresh milk, sweets and nibbles. A thoroughly enjoyable place stay! Thankyou Vicky.

An excellent place to stay!

Nice B and B. Nice home, nice spacious room with adjoining shower room. Super breakfast to start the day well. If there's something to improve on: a sign at the entrance indicating where this B and B is would not be useless!
