We enjoyed our stay in Deneview, the room was very roomy and had all needed. Christie was lovely and attentive to our needs especially during breakfast. 

She was also really helpful in recommending local places to eat for dinner...Lal Khazana is a must try in Shilbottle if you like Indian cuisine.

Homely Stay

Lovely little Bed and Breakfast in Shilbottle just a few miles from Alnwick. We had a very clean, warm, comfortable double room with an en-suite shower room and our friendly host, Christie provided a great cooked breakfast. The local Indian restaurant Lal Khazana is worth a visit, too.

Great B&B

We had two nights here recently, from check in to check out, everything went well.  Our room was a good size, as was the en-suite bathroom and the free wi-fi was good.  The host was very accommodating, and well prepared in a Covid-19 way. Everything was spotlessly clean, we had our own table in the dining room; breakfast was pre-ordered the night before, and was really lovely. We found it to be well located for what we wanted to visit (Alnwick, Alnmouth, Amble etc).  There is also a really good Indian restaurant within walking distance which is worth a visit (need to book in advance).

Good value for money accommodation, close to Alnwick

A lovely warm welcome from David and his daughter who runs the buisness, and it really does have a great view - if your room looks out over the garden! Excellent included breakfast, with wide choice of elements. Well placed for boat trips to Farne Islands from Seahouses.

We were 3 couples staying with Christie and Davey couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!! The rooms are beautiful and spotless!! The breakfast hot and superb!!

Excellent Choice!!

Stayed here for three nights just after Easter 2019. Small but homely B&B in a quiet village near to the market town of Alnwick. Friendly and helpful hosts, but who were around to help if needed, but didn't intrude. Warm and comfortable room with a great breakfast. Guests can chill out a lovely lounge with a large screen TV in the evenings - this was really appreciated. Well situated for all the attractions of Northumbria, and (as a bonus) there is a good Indian restaurant and a bakery / coffee shop within walking distance as well. Recommended!

Lovely

Dene View is ideally located for Alnmouth approx 2/3 miles away and Alnwick approx 4 miles. 
Lovely property, spotlessly clean.  We had a double en-suite,very clean and spacious with tea, coffee kit kats and water which was a nice touch. 
The owners are lovely, friendly and helpful. 
We were there because my husband had a couple of meetings with his job so we didn’t really have time for breakfast on the first morning. Chrissie offered to cook our breakfast earlier, which was very much appreciated and kind. It was delicious too. 
I’d would have no hesitation recommending Dene View and already recommended it to my friends. 

Gem of a find 

We decided to stay again at this lovely B&B whilst visiting Alnwick. If you're looking for home from home this is just the place for you. Chrissie and David so welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Although outside of Alnwick, it is close enough to travel in easily. Just of A1, good centre for visiting local area.  Beautifully decorated throughout, comfortable bedrooms. Breakfast cooked to order, hot ! I really cannot fault this small friendly accommodation. Stayed this time in rear facing room over looking countryside

positive: very friendly, approachable, flexible as we arrived early, enough parking, very clean and covid prepared.
negative: Breakfast was a bit limited and bed was a bit on the small side, walls a bit thin as we had a heavy snorer next door
