We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. The room was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel.
Their were lots of carefully thought personal touches throughout which was really nice.
The breakfast was fantastic, cooked to order with plenty of choice.
The hotel is ideally located with the town centre and the beach only a couple of minutes walk away.
We will certainly be returning here in the near future.

Amazing hosts, great location

Lovely friendly guest house, room was large with everything you need and some nice extra touches. Breakfast was lovely with good quality ingredients. Plenty of free parking, very short walk to the beach, would definitely book again if we are back in Skegness. 

Perfect two night stay

A friendly guest house comfortable, a warm welcome when you arrived. Rooms clean and inviting. Linda and Alan go out their way to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast had a lot of choice. I had vegetarian which was good. It is about a 10 minutes walk to beach and town

Comfortable and enjoyable stay

This was our 3rd stay at the Lyndsay and as usual we had a great time with warm welcoming hosts.  Rooms are clean and comfortable with everything we needed.  Breakfast is fresh and plentiful with attentive service from Alan and great cooking from Linda.  Location is in lovely tree lined road only few minutes walk from the beach and some good bars. Would highly recommend and have already booked again for next year:)

Wonderful guest house in heart of Skegness

arrived to a lovely welcoming from Linda,and throughly  enjoyed our one night stay there.the room was warm,very clean and very comfortable.my wife and i had the full english breakfast and it was absolutely brilliant.we met Linda's husband Alan at breakfast and he too was very welcoming and a very pleasant person.we are only sorry we were only spending one night.

Loved staying here. The owners are lovely people and the area is great. Breakfast is brilliant and set's you up for the day. The room was very clean and lovely touch with a biscuit every day when we came back from exploring the town. They have great knowledge of the area too, which is very helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.

Brilliant

Me and my husband stayed here for two nights. Wow! From walking in what a nice warm welcome. Lovely room, everything in that u could ask for and a lot more. Absolutely brilliant guest house. Towels smelt amazing, which is unusual for a hotel. Place was spotless, lovely brekkie. Lovely that the owners have conversation with u, not to mention their little grandson. What a little star. Good location, good parking. What more could u ask for. Would definitely recommend. If we go back to Skegness we would definitely stay here. Well done! 5 star.

Lovely break away, fantastic place.

stayed at this guest house for 2 nights, bed and breakfast, excellent staff, very clean, great breakfast, all rooms are en-suite with Wi-Fi, i will certainly be returning when I re- visit Skegness, located in great in a quiet street with lots of parking available.

Amazing stay

My first break away since last March 2020 .I booked a room for two nights hear and as soon as I reached the b&b there was a warm welcome the room I had was room 6 a fresh clean room with its own bathroom with a shower and coffee &tea in your room .there was a double & single bed TV WiFi and with a cooked breakfast if you won't. It's not far to the centre & I for one will book hear again

Many thanks to Linda & Allen for such a great stay and a they were very welcoming hosts, you couldn’t ask for a better cozy bed & breakfast and talking of breakfast this was at the top of its game it was delicious, the Lyndsay guest house is ideally located in close proximity of the beach the shops and might I add two very good restaurants just literally around the corner, the facilities were great but I had an issue with the shower being a tad small but I am a big lad so I wouldn’t let that spoil anything, overall a pleasant welcoming stay and would I stay here again of course we would many thanks for a great experience homely welcoming warm and most of all a big yummy good old fashion full English breakfast.
