Lovely hotel very clean. Breakfast was fantastic. The owners are lovely, everything you need in the hotel. Iron . hairdryer etc close to the town centre, pleasure beach and sea front . Parking just outside or at the end of the road.
We will definitely be back again 😊

Great weekend away

Lovley stay this weekend everything was perfect lovley room very clean and spacious, alan and Lesley were wonderful hosts ,one of the best breakfasts we have had in a very long time and we are regular travelers, will be back again thank you see you soon thanks bev and mick room 7

Holiday experience 

I stayed at Clarence House, for work purposes, I had a very nice room in a beautiful Victorian house. My room was warm and comfortable, Very clean,  and the decor, modern and relaxing. I only had the opportunity to meet half of the B&B owners, which was Allan, he was very welcoming and friendly.

Skegness In Comfort 

This is definitely one of the cleanest places I've spent in Skegness.  The hospitality was great and the room was spotless. The breakfast was excellent.  I would definitely recommend this place on the seafront.  We had an excellent weekend. Thank you! Des and Mark.

Excellent place to stay.

This B&B is the best in Skegness. The hosts couldn`t do enough for you. The bedroom was immaculate and the breakfast was very good. The position to the town was good, being on the road to the sea front made it very easy to go everywhere. The weather being good was a bonus. 11 out of 10 for this lovely B&B

Best B&B in Skegness

The hotel is the best we have been going to Skegness for years staying at the same hotel the owners have retired and we found this little gem.   
Hotel is spotless and warm made to feel very welcome on arrival everything about this hotel is fantastic and the breakfast 😋will certainly be booking again thank you Allan + Lesley

Last minute booking, taken last room and what a lovely room it was just right for my wife and I, the proprietors Allan and Lesley could not have been more helpful lovely full English Breakfast if you wish the choice was yours hotel and bedrooms where spotless could not ask for a better place to stay highly recommend and we will return so need to book much sooner next time Thank for a lovely stay Allan and Lesley

Excellent Accommodation

Just had a lovely weekend at Clarence house. It was a last minute booking for a surprise for our sons birthday. From the welcome to the departure everything was well managed and with great hosts. Lovely clean room with good sized bathroom. Breakfast was great with a good choice and a nice full English option. Mentioned we had come for our sons birthday and when we went down for breakfast on the Sunday there were happy birthday banners around our table and he even got a slice of cake with a candle in it which was a lovely touch and made a great start to the day. 
The location is perfect for the area and only a stones throw from the clock tower but still very quite.
Thank you for a great weekend and we would defiantly stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great weekend at Clarence house

We spent two nights there and cannot praise this B&B enough. A warm welcome, a beautifully clean room with every amenity you could wish for, a breakfast that sets you up for the whole day in a 100%  "guideline" laid out dining room. Lovely hard working people who could not do enough for you. Would recommend to anyone  100%!
