When we arrived we needed an extra bed-was sorted out promptly. From the receptionist to the room keeping especially Jane, who left treats/gifts for the kids, thank you so much. Breastfast & dinner was also fabulous, great staff.  Plenty of choices for kids/veggies.

Brilliant hosts

Had a great few days stay. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Adam checked me in when I arrived early evening and I even got a fab few goodies and I think that my daughter will love the bubble tea face mask. Very comfortable bed and breakfast was lovely too. Cooked to order hot food and loads of selection on the continental too. Ample parking and easy to get on motorway. Highly recommend.

Premier stay in the Premier Inn. Highly recommend

Hotel was spotless as was my room. Adam on reception was very friendly and approachable and made checking in easy as were the rest of the staff. Pleasant experience, decent room, will be visiting again this year to visit family. Highly recommended

Pleasant experience

I am thoroughly impressed with how my stay was at premier in. Never once has anyone ever offered to take my bags from my car right to the room which was an absolute bonus , Adam and Laura made me feel very welcome and showed me to my room. It’s a shame the hotel is a touch dated but the staff make up for this. Highly recommend :)

30 minute wait to check in due to only one staff member on desk and a queue 
Along with a check in system the at don’t work
And he was an apprentice
Not what you expect from a major hotel chain 
Definitely going to rethink my business hotel supplier after this service with no apology

Comfortable stay with a good Beefeater for breakfast and dinner.  Helpful staff who helped when we needed to move rooms because there was no socket next to the bed.  Big car park with plenty of spaces. Quiet rooms.

Comfortable Stay

I had the thermometer temperature control in the room hanging out of the wall with wires exposed. 
The toilet had someone else’s poo marks on it. 
The towels didn’t smell clean. 
The hotel was very noise and the bed uncomfy. 
I was woken by room service first thing in the morning. 


Disappointing and dangerous

Comfortable, warm and loyal, friendly staff.
Speed ramps need to be changed, discomforting to passenger.
Choice of continental food limited.  More fruit and pastries would make it complete.
Other than that, I recommend it an ideal place to stay - with top quality services.

Exellent, depsite drive in and food availability

We're staying for 5 nights and we couldn't ask for a cleaner, comfier room. The staff are wonderful, always there to greet you with a big smile on their faces and always ask if we have everything we need. Beds are comfortable, best sleep I've had in a long time with no noise from other rooms. Big thank you to the hotel team for making a stressful situation better for us!
