You are kindly requested to inform the property in advance about your estimated arrival time. You will be able to insert this information in the section “Special Requests” at the time of booking or you can contact the property directly. Check-in between 12:00 and 15:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 12.50 per room, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Luggage may be left at the apartments on the day of departure until 18:00 for an additional charge of GBP 5 per guest. A time for collection must be agreed, and luggage cannot be left any later than 18:00. Please note that occasionally this service may be unavailable. You can leave luggage free of charge before check-in at 14.00. Please note that the property charges a GBP 5 deposit for keys to the rooms and apartments. This is refundable upon return of the keys to reception. There is no lift in the building. Stag and hen parties cannot be accommodated. Parking permits available on request from reception for a small charge. Some budget double rooms have external bathrooms that are not located next to the bedroom. Please note that guests found to violate the non-smoking condition will be subject to an additional fee of GBP 150.
