Thoroughly enjoyable visit. Good value for your money. The owners go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Breakfast is a delight - local ingredients. Very comfortable bed. You can sit outside in lovely courtyard area.  Extra supplies of tea and coffee are available and you just help yourself. Plenty of parking. On site restaurant is good too. Fantastic tasty food and lovely atmosphere.

Fantastic Stay

Our second visit to this super B&B. once again a great stay. Steve and Dawn are lovely hosts, and the breakfasts are superb. No set meal , just tell them what you want and it's  prepared fresh and piping hot. Our room was clean, comfortable,  and  had plenty of space. A hairdryer, an iron, and ironing board supplied, as were toiletries in the lovely clean bathroom. Fabulous shower, and soft white towels. 
On the doorstep of so many coastal towns, and ideal for a good nights sleep away from main roads. Car parking is a bonus. 

great stay

This was a great little find when we were looking for a bed and breakfast so that we could spend a few days visiting friends. The hosts are really nice, friendly people, and the room was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, and bed linen spotless and crisp. The bathroom was small but also spotlessly clean and functional. Our request for a ground floor room was granted, and there is ample parking.There is a restaurant attached to the b&b which is where breakfast is served, and although we didn't eat there in the evening, we did look at the menu, which sounded really tasty, and if the quality of the breakfast  is anything to go by, I should imagine the evening fayre must be fantastic.

Great little find.

We were visiting family in Devon and stayed here as stopover. Located in high street. Was a great 1 x night stay. Had private car park for our use. Room was bright and comfortable had great nights sleep. Ate in restaurant on site served by lovely happy staff and tasted good too. Breakfast was perfect cooked to order. Well and truly good choice as stop over cannot recommend enough for stay and eating in South Molton.  Excellent value for money. 

Stop over - first class 

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting friends in the area. Found them on the web and as in the centre of the town decided to book it. What a great find. When you arrive you can park in a good sized car park at the rear friendly welcome and shown to our room. All very clean an a good size with nice modern bathroom. Room had all expected facilities and comfy bed. Breakfast in the morning was well cooked and very enjoyable. Will def stop there again thanks for a nice couple of days.

Great B&B

Literally perfect. Comfy beds and attentive owners made this one of my best stays away from home in a very long time. The best types of places are the ones who actually care about your comfort and this place is the gold standard.

Second time we have visited this restaurant. Food was absolutely fabulous. Lovely atmosphere. Good prices considering the high standard of food. Very popular. Ensure you book.  Can’t wait to go back with family and friends
