Really clean establishment lovely hosts  breakfast was superb, Jill and julien made us feel very relaxed, great views from our bedroom window of the sea, great location if you don't mind walking up a steep hill after visiting St Ives Town. But taxi rank is very convinient.

Miss ward

We stayed at seabreeze this week for a family get away. 6 adults, 5 kids, there was ample room with 2 double rooms unused. 
The place was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with nice touches like chocolates and wine awaiting our arrival.
The front terrace is a delightful spot to sit with a cup of coffee or beer and watch the folk of South Shields pass by on the bustling Ocean Road. Ocean Road has lots of restaurants  and pubs, and Coleman's chippy is just down the road from the house.
The owner was a pleasure to deal with, very communicative and resolved a problem with the hot water in flash!
An extra sofa in the lovely light living room and this place would be a perfect 10!

Great house, great location 

We stayed at the sea breeze for 3 days. To start Karon is really excellent and helpful. The sea breeze is located at a perfect location, 2 mins from the beach, Morrisons, loads of restaurant. The house is massive, we were 8 adults and 8 children, was big enough for our needs, a couple of the double rooms are a bit small, bit this was fine as we had room one which is really big to get ready in. Only a little niggle, the rooms on the top floor share a toilet, which you have to leave your to get to, this was fine as our family of four had top floor. Thank you Karon so much for your hospitality and your home.

Family wedding

The proximity to eating places and visitor attractions is second to none. Karon the landlady was extremely pleasant and we got a very warm welcome, our room had been updated to a family room at no expense and it was a very nice room, very light and airy and all extras ie shampoo shower gel hairdryer etc were provided. A guest lounge had TV, extra coffee and tea supplies which were readily available at all times. 100yds to town centre in one direction and 100yds to beach in opposite direction, what's not to like!

Birthday treat

We booked in for one night at the start of our coast to coast walk.  Very friendly.  Huge breakfast kept us going all day!  Best shower of all the eight places we stayed during the trip, powerful and plenty of hot water!  Easy to find from the metro station and nearby lots of places to eat.

Clean and friendly

Before we arrived we had a phone call stating that the outside of the building was being re rendered and did we still want to come we said yes, the work did not impact on us and we had £10 knocked of our bill. The room was clean and pleasant, the breakfast was good and the staff helpful and friendly. The shower did run cold quite quickly though. The location is great half way between the sea front and the town centre and the roman fort.
