Very convenient amenities with safe off-street parking, and cozy pub restaurant. The room was large and clean with convenient mirrors. The full breakfast option was fantastic with hot, fresh food and many options. Loved the soda stream and ice machine!

Jet-lagged haven!

Great Place, Just opp to Sea, Walkable distrance to pier. Excellent view from hote. Great Food and Great staff. Unlimited tea and coffee, Excellent breakfast and unlimted breakfast for kids free. over all great expeience. 

Simply Superb

We enjoyed our stay and at hotel. The place was clean and the staffs were very friendly and ready to help. The only thing is that the steps made noise when you walking on it, but apart from that everything from check in to check out was awesome. Food was superb 

Great place to stay

Booked my mum in to for a stay whilst visiting. It was her birthday and all the staff were brilliant and allowed me to pop in before mum checked in to put flowers, balloons etc in her room as a surprise and they even left her a birthday gift and card from the P.inn as well.  Cannot fault the super friendly and helpful staff.   I would recommend a stay here.

Excellent service

Reception staff were very friendly and cheerful on arrival. The brewers fayre attached is probably one of the better ones if honest and Kira behind the bar is great always cheerful / welcoming and always remembers a face. Kira is certainly an asset to this premier inn. I used to stay at the Premier inn at East Maines Basildon where I work very often but will come to Southend Esplanade Premier Inn from now on even though I have to drive 30 mins

One of the better Premier Inns I’ve been too and use them weekly

Clean room with a great view.  Top floor with sea view. Good value. Food was excellent and good value. !0 minute walk to the pier.  Bus stops right outside.  Helpful and friendly staff but seemed short staffed in the restaurant for a Bank Holiday.

Excellent choice

As always with Premier inn hotels great value for your money comfortable beds in a great spot.
£4.0 for 24 hours parking great value. Get to the hotel later in the day so your 24 hrs parking finishes when you want to leave Southend as parking is expensive at £22.0 per day on street or there carpels.

Lovely reception staff, comfortable bed, nice clean room. Breakfast was lovely but mushrooms and scrambled eggs were watery. Lovely selection at breakfast otherwise . Perfect location next to the beach. Ample parking And disability friendly 

Perfect location and lovely hotel

Honestly great hotel, literally only issue we had was booking confirmation said check in from 12pm and its 3pm but they let us check in when we arrived at 2pm. £4 surcharge to use the carpark was a tad harsh but not a big deal. We did the evening meal and breakfast for 24.99 each when we arrived which was superb and excellent value. Room had a sea view albeit with a balcony that you can't go on. Air con was good, bathroom excellent. Hotel was in very good overall condition and staff were all excellent. Would recommend.

Excellent Stay

Highly recommend this hotel - rooms and bed linen spotless. Quick checkin - great location - lovely view of the sea - great parking area which only cost £4 for an overnight stay!. Hotel had a restaurant and breakfast area
