Good points..
1. Newish stylish refurbed apartments
2. Meet and greet on arrival

4. Walking distance to Southend main shops and sea front 
5. Good bus/train route
6. Central heating
7. Comfortable bed and clean linen.

Bad points..
1. Extremely noisy road from early hours
2. Rattling apartment door. Whenever anyone came onto the landing or entered their apartment our door rattled.
3. Very noisy neighbours (some residents live there). We had two consecutive nights of no sleep.
4. Cooker didn't cook. Hardly any heat from grill or rings. 
5. Microwave plate did not turn.
6. Freezer was iced over
7. Shower stuck on hot .... nearly got scalded 
8. Plug would not go down in bath
9. Hidden charge ... although it states there is parking on site, you have to pay for this £2.50 per night 

My sister and I booked here as we were visiting our brother in Westcliffe. We actually left early as we got hardly any sleep. There are 3 floors ... ground, first and second. We were on 1st apt 3. The neighbours on our floor either had a party going to early hours or horrific arguments. Doors were constantly banged. Above us was like a herd of elephants. On arrival first impression was good, however as stated above, there were quite a few bad points. I would not recommend this place and say go to premier in up the road.

Lovely apartments. Stayed with family for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. The staff were very helpful. 
The apartments were close to the town centre. Easy to access by car. Private parking to the apartment. 

Holiday stay

We stayed here on 16/17th Sept This is the second time we have used these apartments and will certainly use them again.The lady who greeted use was so so helpful and keeps the whole place spotless. Many thanks to her.
It is in a very good spot for visiting Southend and has all that you will require for your stay..If you are self catering there is an Aldi supermarket close by .

Super Lady

Four night stay, family of five (three adults &  two children). Hostess (Zoya) was soo helpful and welcoming, couldnt of asked for better. Apartment was clean. Noise (banging) from back door when people went in and out day and night. Stayed in an apartment facing the back of building and needed windows shut through night due to the noise from back door and the traffic. Television signal not the best couldnt watch most channels. Wifi was great, children could use their tablets. Bus frrom outaide takes you to southend. Lovely local park (prittlewell priory) great childrens playground. Shop next door, great prices and friendly staff. Our last night big group turnt up (5 adults & 8 children) sharing two apartments above us. Ended up calling owner due to noise. Showed up quickly but wasnt very approachable. Would stay again, with the hope of staying on top floor and being at the back of building. 10/10 for Zoya the hotess..

Fantastic hostess, clean apartment.

It really wasn't clean. My feet from walking to the shower to the bathroom were black. The kitchen and appliances were covered in grease and there was a greasy grill pan with fat left in it in the cupboard. There was red stains all over the bed cover which looked like blood and therefore I chucked this in the utility cupboard. There was only three bowls and large plates even though the there were four of us. Various stains all over the flat including what looks like a hot tea thrown up the wall. The remote control had grease on it. We all kept washing our hands whenever we touched something. I took my parents away for their anniversary and I really was embarrassed with asking them to stay in the apartment. The mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. The towels were small with stains and holes in some of them. There were no lamps in our bedroom, only the main light. What upset my asthma was the flat smelt of smoke and was made worse when you turned the heating on. Apart from the blood covered bed cover, I have pictures to confirm all of the above. I did not want to touch he cover to take pics in case it was blood. Extensive building works directly outside the property which guests should be pre warned about due to the noise. The view of this did not bother me. The bathroom light kept flickering on and off which had the place been cleaned before hand, would have been replaced. There was no tea coffee and milk which was promised in the description.
