The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a copy of the guest photo ID needs to be sent to the property prior to arrival. All bookings are subject to name and address verification. Please note that this name must match the original name used to make the booking (If the name on the booking has been modified the property will only accept ID that matches the original name but reserve the right to request ID for the modified name in addition). Please note, early and late check-ins, and late check-outs, cannot be accommodated at the property. The keys can be collected from a location less than 10 minutes from the apartment. A carry cot is available upon request. Guests must contact the property prior to arrival if they wish to bring visitors to the property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. If this condition is broken a fee of GBP 250 will be charged. There is 1 parking space at this property, subject to availability and at a cost of GBP 15 per night. This fee is nonrefundable, even if the booking is subsequently canceled.
