Full English is the best in Lincolnshire! Rose and Bryan make it a home from home. Lounge is a lovely addition to your stay with Sky TV stereo CDs games dvds. Room is very comfy. Bed is deluxe. Bathroom is very posh. Stunning views over fields. Made to feel at home.

Fab B&B

The house was clean and comfortable as was the double bedroom. although I wanted a single.
Breakfast was out of this world.
The 2 day experience was however let down by the hosts, other than paying for the room and breakfast was the limit of conversation 

Let down by the hosts

Very friendly helpful hosts, nothing was too much for them.
Room comfy and clean, and a  good nights sleep was had.
Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from.
Lovely outlook over fields and waterway. 

Brilliant place to stay.

Travelling with a friend, we had booked two single bedrooms but on arrival they both turned into double rooms, which was great.  This meant we were the only guests during our three night stay.   We were a little apprehensive as there is a shared bathroom, but in the event that proved perfectly adequate. Everything was perfect, Brian and Rose were very welcoming and friendly,  and showed us around with our own lounge and dining room and lovely garden with beautiful country views.  We were offered to ask for what we would like for breakfast and plumped for a full breakfast, which was lovely with  proper sausages not those pink flaccid things offered in many places, fried egg, real tomatoes, mushrooms, lovely back bacon, beans and hashbrowns, followed by toast and marmalade.   Tea or coffee, as was also in our bedrooms.   We didn't need to eat again until evening!   Recommendations for evening meal were made and proved very good, although not within walking distance.  A great place to stay, just like home from home.  Thank you Brian and Rose.

Just like home!

I was travelling alone for business and looking for reasonably priced accommodation in Spalding and came across this B&B on a booking site. I was a bit cautious as it had shared facilities but having spent 4 nights there with hosts Rose and Brian I was wrong to be. They only have a maximum of 2 guests and this week I was the only one. They made me feel very welcome and safe as I was travelling on my own. The service they provided made me feel like they had known me for ages and I was a friend staying rather than a guest.  I would not hesitate to stay again if working in the area.

Very personalised service

We just stayed here for two nights, as we were in the area for a family wedding reception. We were welcomed at the B&B like family members and really couldn't have been looked after better. Brian and Rose were great: friendly, chatty and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable, and Rose gave us a thermos of milk for tea and coffee in the room. The cooked breakfast in the morning was top notch. Can't recommend highly enough. It's a lovely place to stay.

Lovely, clean and welcoming B&B in a beautiful area.

Stayed here for two nights on a work trip. The BnB was small and friendly. Family run and was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, made to feel at home the entire time and the breakfast was delicious. A great place to stay if you want a more personalised experience than a large hotel, the owners are lovely and accomodating and it was great value for money. About a 5min drive into Spalding where I was working, so convenient for anyone visiting Spalding. Recommended.

Lovely small family run BnB

The B&B was easy to find with car parking to the side of the property.
Brian and Rose were excellent hosts, and the room they offered me was immaculate.
My room over looked there small beautifully kept garden which backed onto the canal and from there the vast fields. Quiet, secluded, peaceful.  Breakfast was fab, filling and generous. If I was visiting the Spalding area again, I'd def. check Pode Hall first to see if they had rooms available. 5Stars

Pristine Pode Hall

Pode Hole is a lovely clean B and B. It is very spacious and comfy. I stayed in a lovely room overlooking a beautiful lush green field. The shower was exceptional. It was ideal for me as I was attending a birthday party locally. Rose and Brian are lovely friendly hosts highly recommended.

Great stay in comfy clean location

Have just stayed at this lovely B&B for 2 nights. I can’t fault this excellent place with a comfortable bed and facilities and a charming warm welcome from Brian and Rose lovely lovely people and their dog Raffa. There is everything you need and it is spotless. A peaceful location and a hearty breakfast. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
