Location -extremely convenient to beach and town centre.
Breakfast -great choice and presentation.
Large clean room.
Excellent value for a base to go out from each day.
What was bad
Decor is very dated and “tired”.
Staff smoking in the corridor caused strong smell downstairs.
Our room at the front of hotel was rather noisy from the traffic and passers by.

Just outside of the main streets of St Helier - bus stop a 2 minute walk from the hotel which all the main buses use and only 2 min walk away from the sea front.
Cleaned often with towels replaced.
