Had a lovely time in this B and B! Marcus and Pat took care of us. Very clean, lovely place, amazing breakfast more choices that the hotels we've been to. There dogs Ruby and Bella is always there to greet us. Definitely coming back!!

Amazing weekend break!

Can't praise the place enough, just ideal. Immaculately presented, comfortable, quiet and the breakfast was so good. The local village just a few minutes walk away has a great pub that serves good food at a reasonable price. It's not in St Austell, but a few miles Westish, however it's a great location for exploring the area and just a short drive to the Eden Project. It was so nice that I was almost tempted to keep it secret to make sure that we can get in again. Just don't believe the sat nav when it tells you that you've arrived, cause it's just a little bit further on.

The nicest B&B we've ever stayed in.

Thanks to Pat &Marcus  we had a loverly stay with them the breakfast was lovely and a great choice ,   The only down side for us was when we booked they only had a twin room left. So if we went back would make sure book up early to get one of the double on suit  rooms ,   

Lovely place 

This was our first trip away where a B&B has been booked and we will be going back. The welcome was warm and we were shown to our clean and airy room. 

The room has hot drink facilities, Iron and Ironing board, storage and a comfortable bed. The en suite was VERY clean and bright with a good shower. 

Breakfast (which you pre order to help the kitchen) was brilliant, not only do you order a hot option but while you wait there is an array of cereals, yoghurt, toasts and juices to choose from, as well as tea and coffee. 

When I say that the owners couldn't do enough......We attended a wedding 20 minutes away in Carlyon Bay. I left my car there with the aim of getting a taxi in the morning to pick it up. The owners were not having this and drove me to my car!! 

Wonderful people and the B&B is a credit to them at a really affordable price. A*

Can't do enough for you.

Enjoyed stay in this small (3 rooms) b'n'b. We were in the twin room with private up to date facilities complete with claw foot tub. Other rooms are en suite. We were provided with slippers and robes if needed.
Pat and Marcus are wonderful hosts providing a warm welcoming, non intrusive atmosphere. Lots of choices for breakfast which was appreciated as we had a multi night stay.
Enjoyed being just outside the village which was within walking distance for evening meals.
Well located for visits all across Cornwall Eden Project close by. Good value for cost.
Loved meeting Bella and Ruby, their dogs and Lucy, the resident cat. Had a chance to say hello to Fred and Ted, the horses in the pasture behind. 
Marcus checked our tyre pressure for us, too, which had been a concern.
This is an immaculate accommodation with a lovely terrace overlooking the garden available for guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and recommend it highly.
