A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is no lift at the property and the accommodations are only accessible by stairs. As such, the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Please inform the property about total occupancy at least 24 hours prior to arrival. A fee of GBP 30 per person per night applies for additional guests. Please note that for the Loft room type, access to the terrace is subject to an additional fee of GBP 500. A deposit of GBP 1,000 is required and there is a strict no music and no noise policy after 21:30. If this is not adhered to, the property reserves the right to ask guests to leave the premises immediately without any refund and full deposit amount being taken.
