Our hosts, John & Sue, gave us a warm welcome from the outset.
Comfortable en-suite room, including lovely hot radiator plus heated towel rail. Coffee/tea making, flat screen TV.
Best of all, a really hearty English breakfast, tasty and hot, set us up for an all-day trek around a show at the N.E.C.
We know where to come when next in the area.

Home Comfort.

What a beautiful location for a peaceful nights rest. Hosts, John & Sue were very accommodating & engaging in talk of the local area, where we were from & our best route the next day. Our room was very comfortable @ it was special to wake up to the sound of a farm - cows mooing & chickens crowing. Breakfast was fabulous with our view out the window over the farm. Highly recommend.

Farm stay accommodation- so relaxing.

Excellent breakfast, everything cooked to perfection. Lovely stay, 2nd time here, will return.
Need to write 200 words, so breakfast, egg, bacon, mushroom, hash brown, beans, tomato, sausage. Together with, fruit juice, tea or coffee, toast & lots of choices of cereal & fruit.

Excellent breakfast

We had a very nice welcome from Sue and John on arrival. This was our first visit to the farm, just outside Stratford upon Avon.
Nice room and a walk in shower, lovely views over the farm with sheep in the fields, which did not disturb our sleep. A long driveway up to the house. The breakfast had a good choice and well presented .
Sue and John were very helpful telling us all about the area which was a great help.
There is also a campsite at the top of the long driveway  with hook up.
We were able to  catch a bus at the end of the driveway into Stratford  very easy and straight forward, no need to take the car into the town centre and no parking fees to worry about.
Would recommend the farm to anyone who enjoys the country side , with peace and quiet

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed it.


A smashing place to stay

Beautiful comfortable little cottage outside of Stratford upon Avon.
Booked for 2 nights but had to cancel 1 night as one of our group took ill the day before we came. Sue & John were so understanding & we very much appreciated that. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast & an engaging conversation with our hosts. Just wish we had more time. Thankyou Sue & John.

Charming Country accommodation.

Booked an overnight on the back of a visigt to the Midland Air Festival, and a visit into Stratford the following day.

Ingon Farm offered everything. Very competative rates, close location to the town centre alll backed up with great reviews on the accomodation.

Located on a small farm holding, the entrance is up a long driveway into an inviting guest house with four rooms. We met Sue on John upon arrival and were show the room, which was very clean and tody and well equipped.

I prefer the more "homely" rooms, against the stale/souless varieties that the large chian offer, but this had everything and also a great view over the fields.

Breakfast gave you a choice of cereals, yoghurts or a full hot offering. We supported this with toast and the hot drink of choice.

In all a very pleasent stay, if it was only for a single night, but I'd have no qualms about staying wioth Sue and John again.

Great venue, supported by great accomodation and friendly hosts

Wonderful stay. John & Sue, the hosts, made me feel so welcome; as if I was staying as their guest in their home. Breakfast was great, really good coffee and a good nights sleep, with lovely views from my bedroom window across the fields. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful, charming property, cosy and inviting. The hosts were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The views were great and breakfast was good. The room was cosy and quaint.

Stayed only one night at this Great bed and breakfast. 
We were greeted by the most friendly John  and Sue .
Our room was just lovely with amazing views. Breakfast was  to die for and needed nothing else to eat all day .
Great position to get into Stratford Upon Avon .

Fabulous stay 

We stayed for 1 night and was greeted by Sue who took us to our room .There was every thing you needed ,we had an ensuite . John came up to meet us as he wasnt in when we arrived. Bed was comfy but 
referred a king size as hubby rather large . Breakfast was really nice with cereals, yogurts, fruit, orange juice,tea/coffee made to order ,toast and full breakfast, sauasges and bacon really tasty. Will defo be returning well worth the money.
