What was good

Staff are very friendly and helpful.

What was bad

I asked for decaf tea but had to go to reception everyday to ask for some in my room. The shower head was broken, I reported it and it was never fixed, I arrived after 3 to get in my room but was told that I needed to come back later as it was not ready. They said it was because I had requested that my quilts not to be feather as I am allergic. I had requested this on my pre booking form.
