This was our 4th stay taking all 3 properties.  We are a group of friends with children of varying ages.   It was perfect as always.  The properties are beautiful with fabulous interiors and all en-suite bedrooms. Even when it is freezing outside the house is toasty warm and there is never any shortage of hot water.  The gardens and grounds are beautiful even in the depths of winter and the heated indoor pool at your disposal makes everything even more luxurious.  There is always a homemade cake to welcome you and this year we bought sausages from the farm which were the best we have ever eaten! We always look forward to a weekend at Launceston Farm so much and are very sad to leave.  Don't hesitate to book!

4th stay - never been anything less than fabulous!

Another fantastic week in this first class accommodation. This was our third stay in Flint and once again it didn’t disappoint. A fabulous cottage for two and our four legged friend, immaculately clean and very well equipped to a high standard with everything you need form a perfect week. The swimming pool and sauna are amazing, absolutely first class and we love the dedicated sessions making for a very relaxing time. The farmhouse meal and self cook breakfast were both wonderful, a real treat. I am sure we will be back again…..

Absolutely fabulous again

3 rd visit to the farm -didn't disappoint as usual -everything is just perfect for a large group of friends to have a great weekend away together ! 
Plenty of cutlery,crockery, glasses etc for everyone and the dining room is very spacious  and a great setting for enjoying lovely meals together.

Such a great place

We stayed in the Bothy which was the perfect size for 2 - loved the private courtyard where opening the shutters revealed gorgeous countryside views. Swam and used sauna every day - very clean and easy. 
Delicious lasagna by Sarah one night - everything perfect.

Sooo relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at Launceston Farm. We made use of the farmhouse, both cottages and the workshop and all were of the highest quality. Thank you Sarah and the team for looking after us so well.

Wonderful venue for a large group

As a couple we stayed in the Bothy which was warm, comfortable, private and well kitted out. Everything was just fine and we didn't mind not being greeted upon arrival, we understand this is a working organic (well done!) farm so it could be suggested this takes priority. The key was in the door and a home made cake was waiting for us in the kitchen and we had a lovely warming meal delivered to us by Catherine later that evening. The surroundings were beautiful even if the view of such was slightly restricted from the Bothy, we got out to soak it all in. We would have liked longer time slots in the Pool and Sauna (45 mins) although there were 3 slots each day for each property...perhaps two slots per day is enough and the length could be increased? Overall a lovely stay and it pleases me to also be helping organic, pasture fed, wildlife friendly beef farming. 

Recommended for a quiet stay in some of the best Dorset countryside.

We have recently returned from a weekend at Launceston Farm renting all 3 properties for a large group of old friends with children of all ages plus one dog.  This is our third stay here and it is the most beautiful place.  All the accommodation is spotlessly clean and the decor has a homely country house vibe.  The gardens are expansive and give plenty of space for the kids and includes swings/play area.  The pool is again clean, warm and beautifully done.  Such a luxury to have available.  We've stayed in the summer and we've stayed in the winter and we always have a great time welcomed on arrival by homemade cake.  This time the temperatures outside were sub zero but the house was beautifully warm and cosy. There is a great pub in easy walking distance through a village of cute thatched cottages and we usually take a drive to the coast too for a walk and a pub lunch.  Don't hesitate to book there is simply no way you could be disappointed.

Always a perfect stay

Just got back from staying in flint cottage for a midweek break. The accommodation was nothing but excellent. The owners really have thought of everything. Lovely homemade cake on arrival, gorgeous massive bed, lovely open fire ( which 2 girls from London struggled with keeping alight!) the whole place was homely and comfortable. The swimming pool which is shared with the other 2 accommodations was really nice. We were lucky as we were the only guests staying all week so we could swim whenever we wanted. Normally there is a rota in place for each house to use the pool. There is a sauna also which we didn’t use. There is an honesty shop on site stocked with essentials and meat from the farm. The kitchen in the house has everything you need, although we didn’t do any cooking. The whole place was spotless. Would love to return at some point and will be recommending to family. Stayed at Launceston farm for a family holiday and it was amazing 😁 the swimming pool was great and the surroundings are beautiful 😍 we will definitely be coming back 😀 ❤

Amazing

Everything was really lovely at Launceston Farm, instructions, communication, accommodation, surrounding and especially the little 'shop' that was provided.  The outdoor bath at The Bothy was divine. thank you
