This is a charming little inn with personal touch from the owner. Stayed here for 2 days and was not let down at all. Our room is the yellow room facing the garden.
It might be an inn but the room is well equipped with whatever you can find in a 5 star hotel. 
Breakfast was amazing. We totally enjoyed our stay and thank you to the lovely host!

Picturesque English Cottage With Tasty Breakfast

This really is a great B&B, the house is very large and you really get the feeling of your own space. The room was very welcoming, with great bathroom. View over the countryside was an added bonus. There is a great pub just a few minutes up the road, and breakfast in the B&B was 110%! I look forward to visiting again if I'm back in the area!

Great stay for business in the area...

This guest house is a brilliant place to stay if you want to chill and relax.

The house itself is very warm, comfy, modern and is finished to high standard with power shower en suite and very comfortable bed, you just feel so relaxed and cosy by just walking in the door and it was absolutely immaculate.

The owners were very friendly especially Mandy who even picked us up from the station and dropped us back at the end of our stay.

Mandy and Paul cannot do enough for their guests and and nothing is too much trouble.

The only downside to our stay is that we won't be able to wake up to Mandy's amazing full english breakfasts every day they we're delicious and cooked to perfection and the breakfast choice was great even vegetarian.

We certainly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Brilliant stay

The Dovecote is a gem of a B&B which has a relaxed home from home feeling. The breakfasts are 5 star and Mandy and Paul provide lovely touches such as DVD's and books to borrow. The rooms are contemporary and immaculate with comfortable beds. I would have no doubt recommending.

3rd stay consistently brilliant

I recently visited Telford on a business trip but due to the conventions in town, all the hotels were sold out so I opted for a B&B instead.

The Dovecote surpassed my expectations! It was not a mere B&B as it had all mod cons (except a mini fridge as I got a single room). I didn't need it anyways as I out of my room very early and back quite late.

Breakfast was fantastic - salmon/kipper fillets and scrambled eggs were the highlights of my stay haha. The fridge downstairs is always stocked up with water, yogurt and milk. There was also continental breakfast available. 

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the cobwebs - they were in every corner really thin silvery lines :( I only noticed on the 2nd night when I had to remove the one hanging over the bed and expected the others to have been removed when the room was cleaned. 
In hindsight I should have complained about this as the hosts, Paul and Mandy are really nice people (very polite and not intruding)
