The staff were friendly and courteous throughout my stay and the breakfasts were lovely. The room was spacious, clean and well set out. I had a meal there the second night, which turned out to be the busiest they had been for months - a glorious sunny evening. As a resident guest they worked hard to accommodate me.
What was bad
Only the general lack of suitable public transport and ease of travel to the museum site I was visiting.
