Pros - Walking distance to town, convenient free parking, the honor bar is a nice touch, room was nice and warm, keys left for you in envelope at front desk to check yourself in

Cons - Decor could use updating, mattress wasn't comfortable, small room 

A Cosy Place Near Town

Budget hotel on top of the North bay of Tenby, around ten minutes stroll into the bustling and vibrant town with its many bars and restaurants however the walk back in on  an incline and may not be suitable for all.
The hotel offers plenty full off road parking and a delicious cooked breakfast is included in the price of the room, bargain!
The rooms are plain and basic but are warm, clean and suited our needs perfectly.
Owners super friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
The only real gripe was the noise from the room upstairs from the early hours of the morning, floor board creaking and doors slamming. We really could hear everything from snoring to load moans as the headboard banged against the wall.
We would stay again but would request a room upstairs.

Great budget hotel

Just arriving home after a 3 night stay at the Cottage Court Hotel, had a lovely stay here.  

We booked a king size double (Rm 9) and it was a lovely spacious room, good size bathroom and plenty storage space.  

Room was lovely and clean and nice comfy bed, even a sea view in the distance. 

 The hotel is perfect situation for walking into Tenby and back, bit of a hill but only 10 min walk.

 Breakfast was good, choice of cereals n juices and then full English options, the staff at breakfast where very friendly and so was the owner who showed us to our room on arrival and accommodated us checking in early as our room was ready, would recommend to anyone who wants a budget friendly stay in Tenby. 

Lovely seaside stay

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a ten minute walk from Tenby Town centre. The hotel was clean and tidy. It was quiet apart from the road noise which can't be helped. The breakfast was delicious and staff in the morning were pleasant and very efficient. There was an honesty bar in the hotel with a list of prices which was easy to understand. 

Pleasant stay

Very quiet place , a short(ish) walk from Tenby town . Going down ok but uphill on the way back . Joe , jade and Nell all super friendly. Breakfast was brilliant and served up so quickly . The place was spotlessly clean and beds very very comfy . Only negative point would be sitting in the bar at evening time it could benefit from a little background music 

Definitely recommend

The Cottage Court Hotel is a family run business with great facilities. My wife and I booked for six nights so I could visit some locations that I visited and lived at in the Tenby area when young. Even before we arrived I was in contact with Jade and Joe to advise them that we might be late arriving. They both told me that arriving late would not be a problem. The hotel has ample parking and is just a small walk to Tenby. Our room was clean and well decorated with a really comfortable bed. My only criticism about the room is that it would be improved with a chest of draws to be able to store shirts etc. The breakfasts were very good and Jade delivered the excellent food very efficiently. Jade is a lovey, very pleasant young lady and showed an interest in our journey so we had some very nice conversations. If we visit Tenby again, we will definitely stay with Jade and Joe at the Cottage Court Hotel.

Brilliant Hotel

Check in was quick,friendly and helpful. Our room had a welcome tea tray, a sea view, the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in, and  a clean bathroom with Great shower. The room was spotless and had a good size TV. The guest house was full when we stayed due to The 6 nations rugby. Despite this, we didn't hear any other guests and only realised it l was full when we went for breakfast. We are vegetarian and were very happy to be offered a full English veggie breakfast. The breakfast was wonderful and cooked perfectly. You also have a choice of cereal, porridge and yogurt as well as toast, a selection of jams  and fruit juices. A pot of tea or fresh coffee is served to you with your cooked breakfast. We couldn't fault any of it. We were served quickly even though it was very busy. There's an honesty bar next to the breakfast room. You help yourself and leave your payment for your alcoholic drinks and bar snacks. We thought this was a lovely, trusting  touch but we didn't use the bar as we went into Tenby each evening.This is a family run guest house. It's within a 10min walk of Tenby. The walk back to the guest house is slightly up hill. I suffer with a back problem and the walk was NOT a problem for me. Plenty of parking space too. I highly recommend this guest house. Loved it!

Lovely place to stay

Just had a lovely weekend at Cottage Court, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, shower was hot and powerful, breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked and plenty of it, staff were welcoming and friendly,what more would want for a short stay. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely return.

Lovely weekend

Ideal position, off road parking, room basic but clean. Comfortable bed, great shower. Breakfast was superb, staff friendly and efficient. I couldn't fault it as a budget hotel. I will certainly use Cottage Court again.

Great location with off road parking

The location is fairly close to town albeit an uphill walk coming back - we used taxis as the taxis prices are very fair.
This hotel is fabulous value for money.

Very friendly hosts Joe and Jade, who made our stay very welcoming.

The breakfast was awesome,  cooked by Joe, there is also a choice of cereals. 
Toast and tea and coffee

The room we had was very clean and faultless, we even had a bit of a sea view.
The large bed was very comfortable.

Plenty of car parking spaces

We wouldn't hesitate to rebook and stay at this fabulous hotel should we visit Tenby again.
