We found this B & B on Tripadvisor. We arrived earlier in the afternoon and were met by Jo. She showed us in, and we then drove to Broadway where we did some shopping, and had a lovely supper. The grounds/farm are beautiful at the B & B, and we had two horses watching our every move from their stalls as we unloaded the car.
The breakfast was lovely, and it was a really nice change from a hotel. 
Make sure you have the location loaded into your Sat Nav/GPS however, as I would NEVER have found this place without one :)

Really unique B & B

From the moment my mom and I drove up the long drive to Snowshill Estate, we felt like we were both at home yet also in a totally unique and wonderful place. Jo made us feel instantly welcome -- she's so warm and wonderful to talk to. My mom and I took a walk in the fields and looked at the sheep and the STUNNING countryside all around.  We had to pinch ourselves that we were there, in England, in the beautiful Cotswolds, staying on a working farm, in such a cozy, friendly B&B!!  Our room was cozy and had all the amenities we could ask for -- hair dryer, hot water bottle, TV, wi fi.  Breakfast in the morning was wonderful -- I am on a quest to find that passionfruit yogurt in the US!!  I can't recommend this place enough -- so unique and such a value.  Stay here when you're in the Cotswolds!!!  Close to Broadway Tower, Snowshill Manor and so much more.

Just what we needed!!

The rooms are well appointed with a host of bits and pieces not found in too many B&Bs. 
Anything else was never too much trouble for Jo - a most professional and experienced hostess. 
The location is, as expected, completely rustic and far from the madding crowd. 
We were made most welcome and made full use of the lounge / dining room during the day as a severe storm made both days unsuitable for travelling far. 
Thank you Jo for making our visit so enjoyable and memorable.

Excellent location, welcome, comfort, room and breakfast

My partner & I were looking for a comfortable place to stay. With good access to the Cotswold villages. Peaceful & quiet to come back to in the evening. Something a bit different. We found it here.Its not fancy upmarket or pretentious. It's homely. A bit old fashioned with candlewick bedspreads.Jo cooks a lovely breakfast.And is a phone call away at all times.Without intruding. You let yourself in & out as you please. There is a communal lounge room which doubles up as the breakfast room. It has an open fireplace with logs ready for use.Its a bit like a self contained flat with guest bedrooms. It was perfect for us. As I think it would be for anyone. Things to think about would be if you intend to spend the evening in. You need to take food back with you. As it really is down a long country lane & quite remote.Having said that Snowshill village is just a few minutes down the road. It has a lovely pub with good food. Its where Bridget Jones was filmed.Broadway is 3 miles away. All the beautiful villages are close by. The actual building is easy on the eye. Its not flash its rustic as I said its homely. Jo is a great host & nothing is too much trouble. She works hard. We did have an issue finding it. If you have sat nav use it. We don't!! Cos we are both way past 50 & not sure how it works. We went to Snowshill Manor in error which is quite a way from the B&B, This is reasonably priced. And a very good place to explore the Cotswolds. Rustic Charm

We enjoyed an overnight stay in a comfortable slightly 'retro' cottage-style room with excellent ensuite facilities. Jo, hostess, was friendly and welcoming  and provided a lovely breakfast, including catering for my gluten free diet. Guests also have use of the lounge/dining room and the patio leading off it.
The location is central to many of the cotswold villages and places of interest . The pub in the village of Snowshill, 2 miles away, serves good, reasonably priced pub food. 
We particularly liked all the details about the walks around the estate and hope to return to try them out.
