We spent a week there and found the room clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were new to the area but the staff helped us with local knowledge of places to visit. We had our excitable six year old granddaughter with us and she was treated with kindness by everyone which was much appreciated. In particular Fathallah made us feel very welcome. Thank you.

Just what we wanted!! Good location too

Fantastic staff,  more than helpful and polite have only great things to say, would be my first choice when passing again.
Front of house guys either night or day where all more than friendly and the cleaners where spit on and down go earth, all had good sense of humours too.

Value for money was an understatement, family room with our dog £61 ! Both the staff we met on the evening and morning were very polite and helpful. The lady let us know the carpet had been wet cleaned in our room due to previous occupants, this did not bother us and if anything proved how much the staff cared, although the lodge was not new the hygiene and cleanliness was one of the best I’ve seen on any of our over night stays. Albeit there’s not a great deal around it was perfect for us as a stop gap to Cornwall.

The very best of Travelodges, fantastically clean rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of fluffy towels, dog friendly, and the staff were extremely helpful, also plenty of coffee and tea etc. one of the nicer ones to stay at, very Quiet too., plenty of parking, and a field for dog to run in.

The rooms were clean and the hotel kept very clean, the staff were more than helpful and kind. The condiments were regularly topped up and clean towels offered. The beds were comfortable. Would be good if there were mini fridges in rooms and also a shower that you could adjust the height.

I arrived after a stressful experience and the staff were very kind and have been since.

I stayed here for some time (not through choice) however I'm really pleased I was here. The staff were super accommodating especially Fathallah, who is warm, and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. My little one is quite chatty and everyone had taken time to entertain or talk to my toddler. 
I had breakfast boxes each morning which have a very good substantial amount in them to keep you going till your next meal. 
There is a burger king,Costa coffee (both dine in) with toilets and a fuel station all on the same area which are literally a stones throw. You can also grab a few groceries whilst fuelling up if needs be. 
Parking is free with disabled bays and there's a small grassy area where you can walk your dogs to toilet them. 
All round, it has pretty much all you need for a quick pitstop or to get a goodnights sleep.

My stay here was lovely !
Fathallah was absolutely amazing . He did everything he could to ensure we had the best stay . Couldn’t fault him at all . Upon my arrival I got here too early and had all of my belongings with me . He kept them safe and sound all day !

This Travelodge is very conveniently situated, and has free parking, which is great. The staff are friendly, but the building itself is past its best by a long way. The bathrooms are so tired the tiles are discoloured. In our room’s bathroom, the cistern went on for ages after a flush (not great at night), it was difficult to control the water temperature for a shower or bath. The whole corridor smelt musty, like there was a damp issue. I’d still stay here again for the convenience, but Travelodge really needs to cur the price for rooms here, or actually refurbish the place urgently.

Friendly staff, but very tired hotel.

The room is good, have fan even a bit warm at room can keep cool. The front desk Fathallah is nice and helpful. The small service have Costa and Burger King just 1minute away from the hotel.Recommended when you need a room around this area.

Upon arrival the staff were so friendly snd nothing was too much, i had a fair few questions to ask about the local area and again I saw no frustration with any answers. The room Is quaint, the bed is so comfy, it's all you would ever need in a quick stay over. Well done Travelodge Tiverton for getting exceptional staff, I've never been made more at home during a stay!! Thanks
