Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties. Smoking is not permitted at the property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged a GBP 1000 cleaning fee.
