A lovely welcome from Tracy on arrival to this beautiful home full of history, charm and opportunities to see wildlife in the wonderful gardens. The breakfast was first class, a real treat, served by the lovely friendly Jackie. Paul even offered to have the outdoor fire burning ready for our return from Polzeath viewing the sunset. Spacious clean charming rooms with old English character. Perfectly situated to visit many stunning local beauty spots, then return to tranquility offered from this awesome establishment. I would not hesitate to book again and fully recommend Park Farmhouse to any prospective guests, thankyou for a super stay .

Cornwall Park Farmhouse

As soon as we pulled up at the farmhouse Tracy came out to greet us. 
The small suite was beautiful, very comfy bed, soft pillows and fluffy towels. 
Everyday we had cake or biscuits. Water and fresh milk replenished daily in the fridge. 

Good location for local pubs and restaurants. Highly recommend Tiny Thai in Wadebridge.

Lovely B&B. Good communication pre arrival and a warm, friendly welcome on arrival. Large, clean comfortable room with separate seating area and en-suite. All bedding and towels of highest standard. Breakfast offered an excellent choice and was all lovely. Tea & coffee facilities in room with fresh slice of homemade cake each day 😋. Beautiful gardens to relax in. Great location for seeing sights of Cornwall . 

Enjoyable stay, recommend highly

We were delighted with our stay (5 nights)! Obviously our hosts like to entertain, the room was spacious, comfortable, clean, as was the bathroom (we had booked the King-Size Superior room). Nothing to say about the breakfasts : quality products, not limited. Easy private parking. Finally, excellent location for visiting the region. It is also nice to stay in a very old house, to know its history, and to participate, in a way, in its preservation.

Our best address of our two week stay in Cornwall!

A true gem. Friendly staff, beautiful room, stunning gardens, delicious breakfast (sets you up for the day), complimentary home baked cake or biscuits left in your room daily. Well done to Tracy, Paul and the lovely Jackie! Location good too, quiet but within reach of both coastlines.

Practically Perfect in every way

We stayed here for 3 nights. The house is beautifully clean and well presented. The breakfast is wonderful and nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. It’s very central for visiting all that Cornwall has to offer and after a long day sightseeing a very comfortable haven to return to. It’s a lovely place to stay and We would love to return when we next visit Cornwall. A true gem.

Rest of the family were camping in Polzeath.

Stayed at the Park Farmhouse 5 nights while visiting our son and grandsons.
Perfect location in the countryside between Bodmin and Wadebridge, with beautiful gardens. Room  was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Lovely and welcoming owners and staff.
Breakfast was perfect, catering for all tastes.
Thoroughly recommend it to anyone travelling to that area of Cornwall.

Perfect Cornish place!

A great B&B in a great location if you want to visit both coasts, it is in great central location and was a perfect base for us. Beautiful old country house with lots of history, rooms are spacious, well equipped and have plenty of character. Breakfast was lovely and plenty to chose from. All the staff/owners were very friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely 3 night stay!

Excellent long weekend here - beautiful period farmhouse with gardens - and we were greeted with a warm welcome by Tracy.

Large well furnished room with en-suite bathroom / dressing room and garden view.

A good selection of fruit, cereals and cooked breakfasts - all perfectly cooked and served by Tracy and Jackie.

Good location for exploring the villages and beaches in the Camel estuary.
