I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and restaurant.
Room was quiet, clean and very comfortable.
Restaurant was friendly and efficient with great service.
Steven and his team in the hotel were professional, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Outstanding place to stay.

Lovely warm welcome from India and information given. We were a little early for check, but we were offered our bags to be stored whilst we went next door to the pub for a coffee.   Breakfast was booked during check-in to which was a very good choice of both cooked and continental. All staff very welcoming. The room at this premier Inn was absolutely spotless, better than some 4* hotels  that I have stayed in. This is the perfect base for visiting Zip world

Lovely warm welcome and spotlessly clean room

Classic premier inn,  clean and spacious room, receptionist very friendly, convenient location with free on site parking. However Wi-Fi was down for a considerable chunk of our visit and the en suite has no ventilation and got very steamed up!

Good location for Anglesey

Stayed for one night while visiting our son at University. We had a lovely room, personally cleaned by Stephen. All the facilities you need and expect from Premier Inn. The Premium rooms are even better if you are prepared to pay a little more. Slept well and had a good breakfast too. Friendly and helpful staff.

One night in Bangor

Stayed 1 night in March 24
Good - free parking but must enter reg in at reception, big tv in room, breakfast at linked restaurant is order service for hot food but standard was good 
Bad - room dimly light, room cold and dark, room grubby in places, bathroom grubby, hotel is split into 2 buildings, location over 1 mile outside of Bangor town centre near A55, no mobile phone reception in room, be decaffeinated tea bags available

Ageing dim room, decent linked restaurant

We been traveling around for bout 1 week, stopping in all different Premier Inns on the way. You just know what you get. Brilliant service and great, clean rooms. This was no different, thank you for looking after us.

Fantastic stay for 2 nights

If you're looking for a good base to explore Anglesey this is perfect. Check in was quick and the receptionist was really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, bigger than other Premier Inns I've stayed in. Bed was comfy and spare pillows and cover were provided. The room was very warm so we used the fan! Good nights sleep, no noise despite the room being quite close to reception. Will definitely stay again!

All the usual comfort and service from Premier Inns, i.e. you know what you are getting, plus staff going over and beyond to accommodate one special request.
Convenient cheap good restaurant (not connected to hotel which could have been a problem had it been raining).

Fantastic hospitality from The ladies on front desk during my stay for a work trip (28-9) and very helpful and friendly. Very informative on the meal deal option and a credit to the organisation. Lovely to chat to India and her colleague (tragically I forgot the other ladies name) which is a massive blunder on my part as she were equally pleasant and helpful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience and a happy ongoing corporate customer 

Started here for five nights while on a business trip so I had a good opportunity to watch the hotel and restaurant teams in action.   

The hotel is a solid, quiet, and clean facility. The bed was comfortable.   

The restaurant food was good and the full breakfast had a lot of options and I was glad I purchased it with my reservation.   The restaurant has a full bar.  When you purchase breakfast with your hotel,  the front desk will even make your dining reservation for you.   Be sure to reserve a time as this restaurant can get busy.  

The best thing about this stay was the people.  Everyone went out of their way to make me feel at home and comfortable.   Special shout outs to Ian in the restaurant for being so friendly and to Nicola at the hotel for not only being friendly but her commitment to taking care of the hotel guests so well.
