The staff at this hotel are amazing - especially GERALDINE - she couldn’t do enough for us. The place was super clean and the beds are so comfy. Will always book this place when back in the are and need somewhere comfortable to stay with good service

BRILLIANT STAY

Room was comfortable  ,we paid for the meal deal as have stayed many times at various premier inns and have always found the meal deal to be very nice until this time the food was honestly the worst I have ever experienced almost cold breakfast chaos getting a table restaurant staff to cornered with iPhone /I devise when getting a table evening meal totally inedible waitress just picked up the plate seeing started was hardly touched over cooked and tasted of burnt fat main course again the same had obviously been left on a hot plate for some time caused my husband to have acid re flux for the whole of the evening and this left us both with disturbed sleep would not recommend this premier in but have had very positive experiences at other premier inn .

Premier in Walsall

It’s a shame I have to rate the hotel poor. We had only been there 2 hours and a member of our family had his van stolen from the car park. We was then to find this is not a one off this happens a lot. So why hasn’t premier inn put barriers up to protect their customers. The staff was pleasant and helpful as could be, the hotel itself is great, but not a good area for your vehicles so be aware

We stayed over new years to spend time with family, travel 260 miles to be there, booked 3 rooms, 7 guests, 3nights. After the second night, on the morning my son went to the local shop, when he returned he had forgotten his room key, as he got to his door he went to knock the door and pressed the handle down , to his surprise the door opened without the key card. So he shut it again and tried it again (room24) this time recording it to show reception. 
As we were heading out for the day , the staff said they would sort it out, on our return they said they couldn’t fix it so had given them a different room, however their room had been left unlocked all day with their stuff inside. Then to find the room they had given wasn’t the same size and so couldn’t fit cot etc in, so were moved again . The room and the outside stank of weed and this was being openly smoked outside my sons window where his baby was sleeping, he had opened it as the room smelt of weed but then opening the window made it worse. As this room was near the main reception everyone who smoked etc stood by these first windows so the noise was also very loud. When we mentioned it to reception they said to report it, we have but have had no response. 

Check your doors

Staff were great on arrival and we got to the hotel after 8pm. Car parking is plenty, and there is always space. We were given room 128 which is one of the older style premier inn rooms.
We opened the door and the room smelt musty and damp.
We had to open the window and decided to get a pint at the beefeater for half hour. We stayed 2 nights and had the window open both days, as if we closed it the smell was back.

This stay was a stopover on a 400 mile journey. The location was good for the M6. I was very impressed on how quiet the room was, some Premier Inns feel like they have paper thin walls. Not here I never heard anyone moving around. 

Would stay again

In contrast to my previous review of the Premier Inn at Broadlands, Norwich, this hotel, in Walsall, was great. We had a reasonable night's sleep with just a little disturbance from guests walking outside our room. The Beefeater meal was good with super service from the waitresses. What a difference 😊

So much better than a previous Premier Inn

We stayed here during Christmas, as we was  visiting relatives for  Christmas  and this wasn't far from where they live as it took 15-20mins walk each day. The bar was lovely too. We would come  here  again!

Dirty cold room with lots of noise above from adults not caring about the family’s with young kids below and the smell of certain drugs was unbelievably it’s a hotel I will never be returning to and we stay in a few of these a year which I’m glad to say the not like this 1 at all

This again is a really nice hotel with fabulous staff who couldn’t do enough to assist and help were necessary. 
The reception went out of their way to help with reservations in the restaurant and organise taxis as required.
The actual hotel was clean and warm, thoroughly recommend this location for your visit. The staff actually made our stay so welcoming it’s an absolute pleasure to stay here and cannot stress our thanks to all.
