A very warm welcome by John the owner which was lovely 
We stayed in room 19 which was very comfortable and had every modern facility you need including coffee machine and Alexa 
Bathroom very modern and extremely clean. 
The only tiny negative would be the breakfast sausages which were very cheap. It’s a shame as they have incredible butchers in Wareham

Nice country hotel

We spent a couple of nights at this really welcoming establishment!
Our ground floor room was newly refurbished and extremely comfortable.
John, the owner was very kind and attentive  and nothing was too much trouble.

A really comfortable stay!

Booked two nights in kemps bed and breakfast.
 All rooms in the main building now.
My room was on the ground floor and absolutely beautiful. Decorated to a very high standard, bathroom double shower very big modern and very clean.
 Iv never slept on such a comfortable massive bed it was so good I’m going to buy the same mattress for my bed at home.
Breakfast was lovely. A choice of cereals fresh fruit and juices then best of all a full English.
 Iv stayed in this hotel before and will be my first choice in the future.
 Thank you to John and all the staff for a very pleasant stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Dorset to visit Durdle Door. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there the owner John and his lovely wife run such a great establishment. 
All the rooms were done up to a very high standard, modern, clean, warm.
Only six rooms which gave it a real sense of friendliness. Breakfast was excellent and well cooked and presented.
It is only 10- 20mins away from all the local attractions and well placed for wareham at night for great restaurants.
The best thing was the owners who go totally above the call of duty to help you and advise you on all the local knowledge you will need
Definitely will stay there again, in fact we didn't want to leave.

Fantastic hotel.

Not sure about this place. We were given rooms outside the main building and I am guessing that they were designed for disabled guests. If this is the case then quite honestly they are not being very respectful of the disabled. Rooms were musty, tired, in need of some TLC and full of spiders. The following morning, having had all the windows shut at night, the bathroom was unbearably musty and I didn’t use the shower as I couldn’t bear to be in the room for too long. Breakfast was a poor offering of cereals & tinned fruits, followed by cooked to order eggs, bacon, etc etc but quite honestly this was well below the standard I would expect a) in any B&B and b) for the price point we paid per night. 

I was rather confused by our experience as photo’s of the property show far better accommodation than we were given - perhaps these are within the main house.  Staff were polite and welcoming but I wouldn’t return there again personally, not least of all because of the poor breakfast.

A warm greeting by a lovely gentleman. Shown to our room, which is pristine as far as cleanliness and modern decor go it couldn't get better. Breakfast was lovely and waiting staff were warm and efficient.  Would gladly reccomend.

Had a few days away at the weekend and stayed at the Kemps for two nights. We were greeted on arrival and shown to the foot of the stairs where our room was. It was a fairly swift booking in process.

Our room (No 9) was huge! It had a big double / triple bed with a wardrobe and seating area. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom just had a shower which was fine - the force of the water through the shower was awesome with plenty of hot water.

The bed and pillows were super comfy which gave way to a much needed great nights sleep.

The breakfast was a mixture of cooked or continental with a variety of choice.

It was definitely well worth the money and should we find ourselves in the area again would definitely stay there.

Nice 2 night stay. Well situated, nice to be a bit out of town-quiet at night. Room spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast fine- not special but perfectly fine. Fresh fruit would have been nicer but it is only March!

Me and my boyfriend stayed for one night, we were greeted by the owner. We kindly showed us our room and was very friendly. The room was amazing very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view was amazing from our room and the breakfast was yummy. We would definitely stay again.
