This was my eighth visit to Warwick Castle. I was 6 the first time. We heard that you could do overnight stays similar to glamping. 

We looked at booking for New Year’s Eve, with more hope than expectation! Quickly saw there was a Tower Suite upgrade option and booked it. Niamh gave us an outstanding first impression. 

This was followed by our first upgrade activity. A personal tour of this outstanding castle. I was in heaven hearing first hand the many accurate stories from the past. Imogen absolutely knocked it out the park. Superb communication skills, brilliant at taking questions from left field and word perfect on the history of Warwick Castle. 

This young lady is a credit to the Company and I wholeheartedly recommend; Concierge at Warwick Castle. An excellent way to see the New Year in.

Felt like a King and Queen 👸🤴 
Concierge looked after every detail. All activities are inclusive so do it all if you can. 
Private tour, Dungeon tour, Ice skating and definitely not to be missed… The light trail.
We stayed in the peacock suite. The stair case is stone, spiral and narrow so only pack a light  overnighter. Don’t pack heels 👠X 
There is water, coffee and tea in the suite as well as slippers and toilettes. 
You have to order breakfast in the afternoon before, It will be served at your picked time  in the Red or Green room. I loved this. Sitting privately in one of the beautiful rooms with the table set and ready for your fresh breakfast. 
The light trail was so wonderful , Well done.
At night after ice skating and Mulled Wine, we walked 3 mins outside the castle gate to a restaurant in town called the ‘Giggling Squid.’ The food and service was delightful.

A once in a lifetime experience

Fabulous stay in The Peacock Tower Suite. Ellie our concierge was very friendly and very helpful and always available to steer us in the right direction. Our favourite part of the trip was our tour with Andrew his enthusiasm & knowledge of the history of the castle made it a really enjoyable tour.

Castle stay

Fantastic . Amazing. Superb. Excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful. Absolutely delightful. Children were thrilled. Lots to do. Food at main restaurant wasn’t as expected. Breakfast was lovely. Would recommend it for a very special occasion.

The Tower Suites offer both a very comfortable and historic place to stay within the heart of the castle. The view from the ramparts beat any balcony view.
The concierge service was exceptional: friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was also delicious and another step back in time.

History with comfort

A truly fantastic experience was had by all in The Rose Suite. The service provided by the concierge was fantastic, all our needs were exceeded, staff provided all necessary information and assistance.
The room was comfortable, warm and had all the facilities I would expect from the best accommodation providers.
The sense of history is everywhere to be seen and the view from the adjacent rampart will hold in our memories.

Outstanding accommodation, service and the complete package for a short break.

Well where do we start . From the moment Ellie  Concierge met us at the carpark, we were treated like a King and Queen . The Rose Suite exceeded our expectation on all levels. We had champagne on arrival and loved that we could explore after the public had left , what an experience. Our one to one History tour was done with George who had so much knowledge and we learnt a lot from her and the history of Warwick Castle and its Earls. Ben Concierge brought our cream tea to our room and when we rang for a takeaway,  Ben picked it up from the carpark and brought to our room.  We had a Dungeon experience which was amazing and scary at the same time . Breakfast was in the State Dining Room where Queen Victoria, Queen Elizabeth ll,  Prince Charles etc had dined before us . The breakfast was amazing and we dined like royalty.  Ellie and Ben could not do enough for us and made our experience very special.  We would highly recommend a Tower Suite break and we will definitely return to stay in the Peacock Suite . Your staff are a credit to Warwick Castle.

Rose Suite stay     Amazing

Myself and my partner spent last weekend at Warwick Castle, staying overnight at the wonderful Rose Suite in on of the castle's towers. 

From the moment we were greeted by Ben from Concierge in the car park we were treated like royalty! 

The suite was absolutely stunning and we were able to enjoy the War of the Roses jousting show, Flaconers Quest Birds of Prey Show, the outstanding Dragon Slayer evening show, as well as  entrance to the Dungeons and afternoon tea on our second day, all included with our Suite booking. 

The most special part of our weekend was the exclusive access to the castle and grounds after / before the public had left. We had direct access from our room to the castle rooftop walkways and views. Going out at sunrise when noone was around was a truly unique and magical experience.

We also had a private tour of the castle with historian Mark who was excellent, so knowledgeable and engaging, we even got to handle some of the battle props!

To add to our royal treatment, we had a private breakfast for 2 in the State Dining Room, following in the footsteps of Queen Victoria, Queen Elizabeth II and Princess Diana amongst many others! 

Thank you to all who made this special Birthday weekend such a wonderful experience. We were particularly impressed and grateful to Jacob who could not do enough for us and made sure everything was perfect. Ben was also fantastic. 

Would highly recommend a stay in the Tower Suites for a truly unique and memorable treat!

Tower Suite stay - absolutely amazing!

I loved every minute of our stay at Warwick. We were in the Peacock suite and it was just stunning. We arrived at lunchtime and were greeted by  Ellie who was lovely and gave us our passes and confirmed our timings.
We had plenty of time to see the horse show and falcon display before meeting the very knowledgeable Charlie for our private tour. They were brilliant, very engaging and we learned a lot from them.

For dinner we walked down to the Knights village for the buffet meal, we were pleased with the variety of food on offer.  The knights and princess walking in and making their announcements was fun, and I liked how they helped entertain children in the evenings.

Our stay was made more memorable by meeting the ladies staying in the other suite, we all spent ages chatting and showed each other around the suites. We have met again since our stay, never expected to make new friends there so that was a bonus.

Day 2 was busy, the private breakfast was overlooked by a young Winston Churchill and we visited the top of the motte afterbreakfast before going on to the Dungeons. The actors were absolutely brilliant, hilarious and suitably creepy. We went to the falconry display for a second time, as it was so good 

Our final experience was the afternoon tea and oh my word, what a tea, just amazing. We were sad to leave to go home, but I would highly recommend the experience to anyone who is looking for something a bit different.

Best anniversary trip ever!

Wow. Booked as a surprise for my husband who is a history buff. Not sure how me and our children managed to keep it secret but we did. He thought we were staying in town but when Andy the Concierge met us in the Stables Car Park he twigged something was a bit different! We stayed in Rose Suite for 1 night. Service was INCREDIBLE. The Conceirge phoned the night before to relay plans. Phoned 15 mins before arrival and were taken to suite as castle was closing. Literally had castle to ourselves! Champagne on arrival. 4 poster bed! Private access to castle ramparts! Tower all to ourselves! Breakfast alone in state room where Queen Victoria stayed! Private tour of castle in morning! Tickets booked and arranged for Dungeons and tea and sandwiches at Peacock Gardens. Was so magical.
