The apartments were great. Clean and very nice. bed comfortable. Would stay again.
What was bad
Upon arrival we had to pay a £50 refundable security deposit and had to pay for parking, which we were not made aware of. There was nothing on Zen Hotels website of the confirmation email to confirm this.
