We stayed for one night in October following a recommendation. It is a really lovely and well furnished Guesthouse, which is Adults Only, and well located a couple of miles inland from Wells-Next-The-Sea. We had the Garden Suite which was lovely with really nice views across the garden and nearby views. They also have a Hot Tub set within a Garden gazebo for good weather. Really good breakfasts. Spacious Residents Lounge with honesty Bar. Really good host. Also a really good pub- Carpenter’s Arms-just round the corner. Can thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely superb Guesthouse

Well what can I say about my stay at the Meadow View Guest house. The location is lovely and quiet to start with and my room (Lavender) was amazing.

A fantastic king size bed to spread out on, great flat screen telly on the wall and yes you are presented with a slice of cake on your arrival. The bath and shower means you have a choice. The room is so clean , neat and modern which makes it a pleasure to come back to after a long day at Wells next to Sea which incidentally is only 3 miles away.

The breakfast was really tasty and so fresh. Three rounds of toast, nice coffee and a full English Breakfast, sets you up for the day.

I'd like to thank the whole team for making my stay relaxing and enjoyable and I'll definitely be back on my next visit, as it's the perfect location for access to the Norfolk Seaside.

A Fantastic Family run Guest House

We stayed for two nights for my birthday. The property is tastefully decorated throughout. Our room (Sandalwood) was a huge suite, comfy bed. On arrival we were greeted with a slice of cake each in our room. The breakfasts are superb, lots of choice. They have a beautiful garden with a large hot tub. The B&B is situated next to The Carpenters Pub which opens Wednesday- Sunday, they serve lovely food. A couple miles from Wells-next-the-Sea.
We couldn’t fault this B&B. Definitely recommend and we plan on returning.

There is nothing that has been overlooked, all the fixtures and fittings, all the amenities, absolutely everything has had a lot of attention to detail, and then the breakfast, Wow!!

Best B&B in Norfolk

Superb from start to finish.  Warm welcome from family owners. Extra little touches make Meadow View extra special. Cake, filtered water and fresh milk in room on arrival. Room was first class.  We had the lower floor room with direct access to the fabulous guest lounge (complete with honesty fridge full of drinks), beautiful garden and amazing hot tub.  One set of guests did abuse the hot tub use a little. There is always one! A quaint quiet little village with no road noise and excellent base for exploring Wells-N-T-Sea and surrounding area.  Good pub next door. Breakfast is of excellent quality and  is cooked to order for guests in the kitchen/diner. Fantastic stay simply can’t fault it.  We will stay again when we return to the area.  Would highly recommend. 

Amazing

Wow what a wonderful place!! The rooms were beautiful. The breakfast choice was very good and food was amazing. So many lovely little touches from cake on arrival, good selection of coffee and tea in the room. 
A nice Lounge area with wines, Prosecco beer and soft drinks.
A beautiful scenic garden with hot tub robe towels and slipper provided, or a little Den to just chill out with a drink and soak in the nice scenery.
I can’t recommend this place enough.
Went for my husband birthday the staff were lovely and made us feel at home and so relaxing.
Nice pub next door for food and drinks and short drive the the lovely Town of wells.
Felt very homely and welcoming. 

A lovely relaxing break with my hubby

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. From the welcoming slices of cake to the breakfast that are cooked fresh and exactly as you want. We stayed in the mocha suite. It was so lovely.
Wonderful hot tub. View over the fields was amazing. So much so my partner proposed to me in the garden! Can't wait to go back 😊

A must stay place!

Could not fault this this beautiful B&B . Hosted by Sam her mum and ably assisted by her lovely daughter . Rooms would put some 4 star hotels to shame . Spotlessly clean everywhere and decorated to a very high standard . We had great weather so made use of the large garden with a bottle of wine in the cool of the evening .Breakfast was to die for . In short if you are a b&b person you will not find any better.

First class accommodation .

This is a delightful house with a  hot tub in the lovely garden.  Our room was perfect, very comfortable bed, no noise from the road, tray with coffee, tea, fresh milk, biscuits, and delicious home-made cake on arrival.  The breakfast was better than many top hotels with a large choice, very generous portions, and served by efficient staff in uniform.  There was a large guest sitting room with an honesty bar and fresh milk available at all times. Nothing was missing.  It is located near Holkham Hall, the Shrines at Walsingham and many more places of interest. We were surprised how reasonable the cost of our stay was.  We can't recommend Meadowview highly enough.

We certainly picked well with Meadow View, immaculate rooms, very spacious and the ladies that run the place were a delight
Breakfast was included, all made freshly that morning and a wide variety of food available
This is by far our best choice so far for a weekend away  and we would recommend Meadow View without hesitation
