Me and my partner stayed here for the weekend for a mini holiday. It was perfect for what we wanted, it’s right by the beach, we booked a superior double with sea view and that’s that we got. The rooms were very clean and a decent size, the room included a mini kitchen with cupboards, sink, toaster, kettle and air fryer. There was a large flat screen TV which had Netflix and other platforms. Double bed, table with chairs and sofa bed. The property is only a short walk to the main centre, no car needed for travel. There is a car park opposite that you have to pay for or you can park outside the property for free which is what we did. We stayed in room 4, I would highly recommend this apartment to stay in when wanting to stay at Weston Super-Mare.

Fantastic

I don't generally write reviews but on this occasion I was so impressed with the apartment and the welcome we received from the proprietors I felt I had to.
I visited the area with my partner and my 8 Yr old son, we were made to feel incredibly welcomed and the apartment was very clean and finished to a hight standard. Even my son was impressed especially with the LED shower head and bathroom taps.
All the facilities within the apartment were spot on and suited us down to the ground. Bed was very comfortable and slept like a log as there was very little noise.
The area around the apartment was clean and felt very safe aswell as beautiful sea views.
Very much looking forward to my next visit 10/10.

Amazing apartments

I didn't actually get to stay here. I was due to stay with my daughter last September but became ill the week before. I emailed the hotel explaining that I had been advised not to stay and to self isolate, but received no response. I sent several emails and received a reply in broken English asking why I could not stay. Again I explained but The hotel went ahead and took the money from my account despite me not being able to stay! I have since written a total of 16 emails asking for a refund as the money was taken from my account despite me contacting them in plenty of time before my due date to stay. I even checked online the day before and the actual day of my stay and the room I had booked was showing as available, so they were aware of the cancellation and still went ahead and took my money. 
I finally received a response a few weeks ago giving me an overseas number to call. I asked for a UK number but again was ignored. Absolutely disgusted with the service from these people. No personal correspondence at all, just repeated automated emails and still no sign of my money 

Shocking service 

Room and hallways spotlessly clean. Bed very comfy. No cooker just microwave. Parking was easy in surrounding streets but this would not be so out of COVID times. It would be £12 per 24 hrs assuming you could get a space. 

Stay whilst visiting family.

Good clean comfortable accommodation fantastic position we had a good double room on first floor with a balcony overlooking the sea the only down side was the fact there was no staff on site everything done by email and message received message early that gave us the access instructions very clear easy to follow 
Our room was advertised as having flat screen TV with all free to air channels unfortunately the TV did not work and as there was no staff on site we had nowhere to go for help except a phone number having called the number and explaining my problem I was told that there was no staff on site and they would pass any messages to the owner I asked if the TV could be fixed and was told that there was nothing could be done but would pass a message on 
We don’t watch a lot of TV but as the weather was bad we wanted to relax a little and pass time with  the TV on but as no staff on site to get problem sorted 
If TV is advertised as included in room then I feel it should work but that is the only complaint about the whole stay 

Good weekend break 

Beautiful 2 bed apart,decorated and furnished to a high standard in a central but quiet location.WIFI and USB ports excellent.
The shower is rainforest shower and could stand in it all day.
Open plan lounge dining area and kitchen,very light and airy.
Beds are very clean and comfortable.
The whole apartment is a little luxery in Western super mare,sea view apartments are available.
Owners are freindly and very helpful.

Excellent

An excellent apartment with a kitchenette with toaster, microwave, kettle, iron, and coffee/tea etc. We stayed in room 1, which is the first room on entry. There is a TV and free WiFi in the room. There is a balcony with table and chairs with a view of the seaside. The bathroom was in a wetroom form which was clean supplied toileteries. Before you arrive for your stay you will receive a text message wishing you a good stay and providing a pin code to access the hotel and a room number code. Once inside you enter your room pin code into your room number box, drop down the flap and retrieve your key. Just post it into another drop box when leaving. No one on reception and room only cleaned after you`ve left. Might need to take extra toweling as only one lot supplied. This is a self-catering type appartment and plenty of places for breakfast, etc in town which is only a few minutes walk away. We were lucky enough to find road parking outside the building, however, there is a council car park opposite at £12 for 24hrs. A great stay and we would thoroughly recommend the Harmony Poynt for your stay in Weston.

Weekend trip

We have just returned home from a short stay at the Harmony Poynt hotel in Weston Super Mare, our second stay in the last 10 months. The hotel is as quiet as ever with its crisp bright white bedding affording a very good night sleep. Since our last stay I found the décor in places needs a little attention. In particular the bottom half of the shower needs re grouting and treating all holes need to filled. The supposed white pull strings above the mirrors are virtually black and need replacing. Peeling paint under the windows in the room needs sanding and repainting, all minor issues that are necessary. The hotel no longer provides daily breakfast though this is not an issue as there are plenty of places to eat within a hefty stones throw of the building. Before you arrive for your stay you will receive a text message wishing you a good stay and providing a pin code to access the hotel and a room number code. Once inside you enter your  room pin code into your room number box, drop down the flap and retrieve your key. When your stay is over you simply drop your key into ..yes.. a drop box and leave, never having seen anyone throughout your stay. It is a good idea and saves on staff but a little of me wanted to be greeted and welcome to their hotel. I would still stay again and if you want a quiet stay away that's very handy to the seafront I recommend room 7.

HARMONY POYNT    THE RETURN

We booked for a midweek work trip, we arrived at our room to find no WiFi available.

We contacted the property owners to resolve the issues but was told they might not to be able to sort anything that day.

I then the following day contacted booking.com to explain that our lack of WiFi was affecting our working trip and needed a resolve to the issues even asking to move rooms to a lower level where the WiFi seemed to reach.

After our final day at the property the owners were there cleaning and went straight into our room to clean it.

I then posted a review regarding the lack of WiFi and stated that this was the reason for booking the property as we needed to work.

We had received an SMS stating to money would not be returned to us for the lack of the advertised WiFi. Rude and totally disrespectful.

Once the review had been posted the property owners decided to make lies up that we had smoked in our room. This is a total lie and seems to be a reaction to our then posted review.

There is CCTV at the front of the property and will have recorded us going up and down the 3 flights of stairs from 8am through to 2.30am.

To not accept you are wrong, making false stories about your guests is childish, pathetic and maybe try and take a leaf out of the book of your parents that have in 2018 handed you the business to run.

The parents of the new management seemed quite sensible and able to chat. The builder and partner that now hold the keys to this business will become the downfall for this what is a lovely Guest House.

Stating lies is NOT acceptable and you should be ashamed to behave this way within the hospitality industry.

Shame on you.

Anyone looking for an apartment in weston super mare, i would highly recommend Harmony Poynt. Recently renovated apartments with modern furnishings and an excellent location- only a 10 minute walk to the pier. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.  Apartment was spacious and clean, would definitely return
