Had two night stay at this Premier Inn the beds were comfortable, the food was nice. If I come back down to Weston-Super-Mare will use this Premier Inn again, if you wish to get into room earlier that be a cost of £10.00, I will give it a 10/10 for everything

Hi 
So the room was unclean , dirty shower and the bedding smelt badly. Wi-Fi was terrible 
The receptionist was brilliant , and very accommodating especially late at night.
Breakfast was not great and disappointing to be honest.
All In all we stayed here before going on holiday to Bristol airport to travel to lanzarote.
However WSM is a tourist destination and I would not be pleased staying here for my holiday

Dirty

Had a great weekend break, check in was swift and the added bonus of free parking was very welcome.
Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Lovely clean accessible room, with a lot of thought given to make it user friendly, a few hooks on the wall in the bathroom would be recommended.

As per other reviews it is quite difficult to find though and not at all clearly signed, the entrance road is full of some rather deep potholes also so be warned!

Welcome Break

Hotel was fine and up to Premier Inn standards. Beefeater was awful for evening meal. Could not have started from one menu and main from the other despite both items available and in stock. We took our £100 business over 2 nights to a competitor pub. Hotel great, let down by attached Beefeater

The good bits. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable bed, warm and welcoming. Can’t fault restaurant staff and food. Parking was easy. Checking in was easy. Only downside our keys stopped working in evening on 2 occasions,  no one on reception to assist although could hear staff talking in staff room. Message said ring silver button for attention which we couldn’t find no clear indication of where it was. Eventually found it on an automated machine. Staff did come out from staff room pretty quick and rectified the problem. As an improvement I would suggest reception staff have more presence actually on reception desk. Overall a good 2 night stay.

Nice stay

Staff were brilliant throughout our stay.  Check in staff very informative,  friendly and helpful.  
All staff very welcoming.  Booked our table at Beefeater, very helpful with advice for local area. We had a lovely stay a good nights sleep.  Would definitely stay there again.

comfortable and spacious room in annex building had everything we needed for two nights.Staff members Ted and Luise went out of there way to help us and were amazing. Intelligent time - slot system at breakfast avoided overcrowding. The choice of breakfast was fantastic.
Compared to all other hotels we have visited, the internet WLAN system here was over complicated with daily codes. This hotel is situated near the motorway on the outskirts of town.

Extremely helpful staff  an comfortable room !

Absolutely the worst night we have ever had in any hotel ever, and we have stayed in many! Talk about hot! We knew it didn't have aircon but 30 degrees C all night is unbearable. Still 27 degrees C in the morning. The staff left the windows open which are in full sun so the room was baking all day! And they carefully put a sticker on the room thermostat so that you cannot see the temperature. Bathroom was below standard too with only a trickle from the tap, poor flushing WC and slow to refill and a leaking shower head plus a door that was hard to close properly. Customer services rely totally on the hotel staff report who told them everything was fine when they checked so I'm obviously a liar and everyone else on Trustpilot lies too no doubt! All I can say is AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! as we will never, ever book here again!

BAKING HOT! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

This is a very difficult Premier Inn to find which didn’t help the beginning of our stay. Check-in was very typical without any issues. The hotel was at full capacity. Our hotel room was a twin which had a double bed and a single bed additionally, stuck inside; which didn’t enhance our stay in anyway. 

To be honest, the room wasn’t equipped for two male friends, unaccustomed to staying together, to share really.

The room was clean. 
The main issue was the Wi-Fi- or lack of it. The reception staff admitted that the router was not working and when pressed added that this is a reoccurring problem when they experience full capacity of guests. Obviously not fit for purpose. This issue was compounded by the poor coverage of 4/5G network due to the location of the hotel which added a double whammy of lack of communication. To be virtually incommunicado for 2 days unless sat in the car park to use your phone is virtually unheard of nowadays. Business guests beware!

The Beefeater restaurant adjoining the hotel was superb on the first evening. The food and service by Molly on our table of 14 was fantastic.
However, breakfast was sadly a poor reflection of the previous night. Toaster not working properly, coffee machine also malfunctioning. The staff did their best but whereby dinner was a good 8.5/9 out of 10, breakfast struggled for a 5.5/6. We eat out on the second evening which in no way reflects on the restaurant, it was prearranged.

Overall, restaurant in the evenings- great ;- breakfast = sort it out along with the Wi-Fi please.

This hotel is quiet and reasonably priced. It is located in a quiet part of Weston Super-Mare adjacent to the Sports Centre. The direction from the Sports Centre are clearly marked by the "Beefeater" sign which signifies the Premier Inn logo. The hotel is within easy access to the motorway, ideal place to stay to break a journey.
