What a fabulous stay with Sheila and Phil, a lovely couple that literally couldn't do enough to help you.
 From the second we arrived they were impeccable hosts, the room was spotless, all of the things provided in the room were just so much more than I expected, everything just felt luxury, no expense spared, fluffy bathrobes, slippers to take home, even the flapjacks and shortbread biscuits! 
This carried on at breakfast, beautiful fresh fruit salad, creamy yoghurts of all flavours, every different type of bread and a cooked breakfast to your preference, at a time you choose, it was to die for! all with quality ingredients ( I didn't need to eat again until dinner!) 
I had a lovely afternoon in the sunshine on their beautiful terrace, nothing was too much trouble, can't wait to return to this little hidden jem, thank you so much for making us feel so welcome, we will be back soon xx

A hidden gem! Above and beyond from start to finish

From the time we checked in, we felt as if we were part of the family, we had a fantastic 2 night stay, the room was fantastic, even down to the bath robes & slippers in the wardrobe, what a very nice touch, we also had a fantastic breakfast, the location was great, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the amenities, this is a cracking little b&b,and we will definitely be visiting you again very soon, thank you both once again Sheila & Phil for making us feel so welcome.

Fabulous guest house! We were intrigued to stay at the Rosita after it appeared on the tv series Four in a bed. It should have won! Phil and Sheila were the sweetest most helpful couple (Sheila was portrayed as being miserable in the series but was quite the opposite!). The room we stayed in was huge and impeccably clean. The bed was really comfortable with bright white soft duvet. Breakfast was at a time to suit us and cooked fresh and was delicious.
The Rosita is located minutes from the centre and we had some lovely meals at places recommended by our hosts. Parking was easy in a car park literally at the back of the property, We cannot recommend the Rosita highly enough. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous Guest House

Love love love this place, but the hosts Shelia and Phil are the real treasure! 

The rooms are quaint, cozy and decorated luxuriously! You will appreciate the fluffy petal soft robes and silky sheets!

Shelia who in the past was a chef,  puts on a full English breakfast that cannot be topped;  with care, charm and wit! 
Phil is sweet and has of lots of local knowledge, where to eat, where to drink, the good/bad/ugly off WSM.

The rooms are clean, in a very convenient location just a block to the waterfront, and even have a small water view out their front dining room and front  door so you can always check the tide. They have a swanky sun trap lounge area, with a enormous couch and fire pit for a drink on the patio.

There’s a pub down the street that is a true locals pub, a small convenience store, and restaurants within walking distance.

I didn’t want to leave a review because this is my little paradise hideaway, and I don’t want it discovered! BOOK IT!

Great little guesthouse close to the town centre and promenade.
Room was great with en-suite bathroom and shower.
Breakfast made by Sheila was filling for the day and very tasty.
Liked the little touch of charging cables in the drawer to borrow in case you forget your own.


Great guesthouse in Weston

Sheila and Phill were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a very large, beautiful suite with a really large, comfortable bed. Room was decorated beautifully with a large, well equipped wet room. Excellent breakfast with large choice of menu.

Excellent stay

This guesthouse is one of the best I have stayed in. A few of the reasons listed below

1. Its very clean  
2. Very friendly staff / owners
3. Breakfast was absolutely lovely
4. Close to sea front and pier
5. Safe parking in a local carpark (2 min walk away)
6. Finally a very friendly local pub across the road to finish the night off

Great Guest House

What a little gem,Sheila & Phil are fantastic hosts, very welcoming with honest reviews of where to eat,drink & visit locally. Large clean spacious rooms with bottles of filtered water, fresh milk for your morning cuppa & good quality biscuits & oat bars just in case you are still hungry after the delicious breakfast provided . Highly recommended

Brilliant Staycation

We don't normally leave reviews, however we felt this time we would have to tell you about the Rosita
Firstly Sheila and Phil are fantastic hosts, they go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.
This is our 2nd stay and we are booking a stay for Xmas.
We have stayed in 2 different rooms, however we have seen all 4 rooms and every room is really large and well equipped for all your needs 
Each room we've stayed in is super comfortable and well equipped for example: a large screen TV, at least 42 inch, a large fridge enough to stock all your drinks and more!
USB ports provided, even a lead in case you forget yours!
Cleanliness is a very veryhigh standard,  Sheila does a cracking job!
Let's get down to breakfast!
Sheila and Phil pride themselves on there delicious breakfast, cooked to order. Yum! Yum
A perfect breakfast and 2 of everything. Hope your hungry! 
Had poached eggs four days running and every one was perfect. Sheila showed her trained chef skills. 
If you don't like a cooked breakfast don't fret as Sheila provides 6 types of bread, cereal, croissants, yogurt  and fresh fruit. 
There is nothing negative  about  this B @ B and it's truly the jewel in the crown!

Outstanding!

Fantastic B&B with great hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they were very flexible and easy going. Lovely large airy rooms with comfy beds. Really clean throughout. Breakfast was amazing 👏 we're looking forward to our next stay already!
