We stayed In Room 7 for 3 nights lovely clean room and bathroom, small but lovely and cosy, Maria was very welcoming and apologised for our room being on top floor but it kept us fit, we didn't use the breakfast room but was always on offer if we wanted anything, lovely tea / coffee facilities in the room which we used daily, great location and a car park to park safely, We did witness traffic wardens in the street booking cars if on double yellow lines so I would highly recommend the carpark which is £7 per 24 hr stay thank Maria see you soon :)

3 day bank holiday break

This was our first time in a b&b. We came with our grandson who is 14 month old, we were worried about him making noise and disturbing other residents but the owner reassured us that it was family orientated. We were totally satisfied with the Room as it was immaculately clean. Marie was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were brilliant. Location amazing. Couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely be returning soon.

Amazing accommodation

Maria is a lovely,warm and friendly lady ,you are just a five minute walk to the beach ,the rooms were light and airy, comfortable bed , nice shower , facilities to make tea or coffee all together would definitely recommend to family and friends

Home from home

Maria is the most welcoming host and takes such beautiful care of this wonderful guesthouse! Our room is finished to a very high standard and we found the beds particularly comfortable. A beautiful location just minutes from the beach, right across from the lake and surrounded by the woodlands. We will definitely be returning and recommending you to our friends! 🤩

A truly SUPER place to stay!

Had a lovely stay overnight in room 6 which was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean . Maria the owner was a lovely lady and nothing was too much trouble for her . The hotel is only 2 mins from the seafront ,so it was a perfect location .Lovely breakfast room available for cerals ,tea and toast . Will definitely return

There's no problems with this Maria

Maria was very friendly, bubbly and welcoming. The place was absolutely spotless. Room was fab, everything so clean and tidy, plenty of teas, coffees, milks etc in the room. Breakfast room well stocked with bread, cereal, tea, coffee etc. Was very quiet - slept so well. Beds very comfortable! Within good walking distance to the town. We know we will definitely be booking for again next year 😊 Sue & Jo x

Superb 

We have had a fabulous stay at the Bella Vista 
Slept so well!
Lovely interior really top class, communal areas relaxing and welcoming and clean! 
We had room 6 which we called the pink room right at the top of the property, quiet, so comfortable and loved the decor.
Maria the owner bends over backwards to help residents and has lots of recommendations for eating locally to places to visit. 
This is definitely one place to put  on Your to do list to stay.
We will be back.

Cheeky weekend away

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Maria the owner could not do enough for us to make our stay so memorable and comfortable. The accommodation was welcoming, warm, clean, fresh and the shared breakfast room was a big extra added bonus that we didn't expect where Maria had tea, coffee, cereals and toast at no extra cost. It was a really nice touch and so laid back. Would highly, highly recommend a stay here, so close to the sea front and all the local attractions. We will 100 percent return here again and looking forward to seeing Maria already. Thank you for everything 

Highly recommend 

Absolute great stay so friendly and welcoming rooms immaculate beds soft and comfortable very clean. Great choice of teas and coffees, fresh milk and range of cereals toast jam for breakfast at no extra charge in the breakfast room. Maria is an amazing host was like home for home. Will definitely be back in the near future. My little boy said it was his goodest  stay 😊 lots of blocks and bricks to play with in the breakfast room.

The cleanliness, hospitality, food. Especially for the people Naveen and Baljit. They are marvellous. They know their responsibilities. The reatsaurant have very nice bevearages. The rooms are very confortable.
