Awful bed - didn't get much sleep -  woke up with terrible back pain so save yourself a trip to the osteopath and spend your money elsewhere.  No help from company to resolve problem - absolute rubbish.  Am baffled by so many positive feedbacks!!

Clean, and lovely place worthwhile for the price paid, staff good customer service, will be staying again . Not far from town, seafront and amenities if you don't mind the walk and taxis to and from evenly priced , great 👍

Fantastic Budget stay

Stayed here for one night. Can't fault it. Clean & bright. Room lovely, mini fridge, bottled water, kettle etc for hot drinks. Shower excellent, shower gel provided. Breakfast lush, cereals, choice of cooked breakfast. Omelette recommended. Approximately 15mins walk to the seafront/centre. Host very welcoming and polite.

I'll keep it short and sharp. Lovely clean and modern family room and great staff. Turned up quite early and they sorted me out with a room very quick. Location of guest house is good roughly 5-10 min walk to the town centre. Highly recommend this guests house

Clean large family room what more can you wish for

Stayed here for a night in our way to Torquay.  Small cozy room had everything we needed. Small en suite but was lovely decorated.   Seamless check in and although we arrived a few hours early our room was almost ready. Close to the beach. Just what you need gir a short break.

Nice stay for the night.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family, the to was modern and spacious with its own fridge and fans which was so helpful with the heat. Clean and modern look, owners were so polite and their customer service was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious and plentyful. Would definitely recommend. They should go on 4 in a bed, they would smash it!

Lovley and clean 

Booked to stay here for a night away with my partner and despite booking only the night before was very reasonably priced. Arrived for our check in time and we were greeted by a lovely lady who explained where our room was and how the door worked for letting ourselves in and out of the actual building. Our room was a lovely spacious room, VERY clean and I would say recently decorated - I couldn't help doing my best Four In A Bed impression checking for dust, etc. Room was well equipped with  fan, kettle, multiple sockets, etc and despite being on a road much busier than our own home we both slept well. The room we stayed in could easily lend itself to being a family room (sleeping upto 4) with the simple addition of a sofa bed rather than the existing small couch. We didn't opt for breakfast here (additional cost) so can't comment on that however the actual breakfast room looked lovely as we left. Would definitely book to stay here again!

A lovely stay

Spotlessly clean and well looked after, the lady who ran the b&b was so lovely and would go the extra mile for anyone. breakfast was superb will most definitely come back 😀 great location just 10 minutes walk to shops and seafront.

1 night break

Booked a family room so I could take the kids to Wookey Hole and Weston over a couple of days. Room was large and split into two rooms both with TVs. Lovely modern room, very clean and airy. The kids loved it. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very polite and helpful. Can’t fault it.
